The office took a little longer than I was comfortable with but as soon as we talked and they realized that I had an actively leaking hot water heater, they contacted their guy Mike who was able to finish up the job he was on and got to me within the hour. In under 2 hours he had my hot water heater replaced and hauled away the old one. He communicated very well and cleaned up the job to my satisfaction. Will call 2 Sons Plumbing next time I need plumbing done.
