Arrived home last Thursday the 20th to find our bedroom carpet soaked and our water heater leaking in the closet. We immediately called Beacon to check on a time frame they could come and how much it may cost. We got all of the information and decided we should get it fixed right away rather than waiting. Josh arrived within the hour (as we were told), got the old water heater drained, taken out, and replaced it with a new one (completed in a couple hours). Josh was very professional and very kind. We are greatful for all of the help and professionalism from Beacon! Thanks!!

Timely, efficient and great service

TJ and Sean were punctual, professional and personable. They cleared out the main drain and diagnosed the problem with our toilet at a reasonable fee. I would definitely use Bob Oates Plumbing again.

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Zoltan knocked out three projects for me in one day. As others have said, he was courteous and professional. He provided sound advice, and when the time came to do the work, he did a very skillful job... it all looks and works great. Very well. Mike and Bob arrived on time. Diagnosed source of leak in crawl space quickly. Left to get materials to do repair and finished it promptly. Very polite. Repair was costly but $65 coupon for Angie's list brought price down to a more reasonable range. Would hire again.

We had a lot of work that we'd been waiting to do. They did it all for a great price and very professionally. We are super-pleased with all of our interactions (they did the work in two stages). And they left us with an estimate for things that they noticed that might need fixing in the future. Very helpful and professional. Good vibes. They also found simple, inexpensive solutions to vexing plumbing problems.

My company contracted Green Planet Plumbing to do the work for a new construction project. we accepted the estimate they provided. That's when the problems started, they were hard to get a hold of, didn't return calls and didn't respond to emails. I finally got Tyler Brown (the companies owner) nailed down for a meeting onsite and he told my project manager he would be able to start the following week, last week. We haven't heard from him. The whole project is now held up, and with everybody so busy it will be a miracle if we can recover without losing this project and a wonderful client as well.
