I installed a new garbage disposal and thought I did a good job...until I started running the water, dishwasher and disposal - water everywhere. I called Beacon at 5:30pm...they were here within an hour and BAM - resolved! Santos showed me exactly where I messed up but he was complimentary on the rest of my installation. Great guy, great company!I picked Beacon because of their Stop Freak'in moniker.PS - I cringed when I called because of the time of evening, figuring they'd hit me hard with after hours rates - Nope. Needed help replacing a leaking spigot in our garage. They were able to get it done same day (on a Sunday)! Communication was great, they were very accommodating to our needs and repairs were done well and quickly! Will definitely be using them again if we need further plumbing work!

Bobby was quick to provide quotes and clarity on what work needed to be done as well as pricing. His pricing was below the 2 other competitors and had a more specific range to it (see more below on range). He continued to update me on the progress and discoveries (that were previously discussed and quoted) during the execution. Crews were cordial, respectful of our place and garden, and left their inside workspace cleaner then they found it. Project stayed below the previously quoted range (range based on aforementioned potential discoveries). Bobby did not up sell the scope where he could’ve, instead explained clearly why he does not advice customers on a potential back flow preventor I asked about.
I hope to not have to hire them again, but certainly will if the need arises.

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

Zoltan was very responsive (his schedule allowed him to come by the afternoon that we called) and did a great job on the hose sillcock and indoor sink drain leaks we had. We will definitely be calling him for any future needs!

I had main sewer clog causing back up in my basement toilet and kitchen sink. I called in Raman, he came out did camera inspection and gave me an estimate for sewer replacement. Within next couple days, they came out got the work done. Very clean, honest and hard working team, I must add very very efficient.

My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. We have a radiant floor heating system from Triangle Tube. HD partners is the best company we have found in the area for service and support. We have used them for years on annual maintenance. This year we had the system fail on New Years day and they came out to try to fix it during the holiday and a day before the required part was even available.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
