Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!

Driver of vehicle #1535 blew a stop sign at Marine View Dr and Slayden on 5/14 at 4:10pm in Tacoma. The driver almost hit me head on since I had the right of way. Next time I will let you hit me. You will be out of a job and I will get a new car.

Replacement of four shower valves, fixing several smaller items that were done incorrectly by previous owner. Conal was on time, thorough and had good ideas on how to make things work in a tight space for the hook-up of a washer/dryer combination. Definitely recommend!

Holy smokes, Beacon is so quick to respond I don't think I'll ever be freakin about any plumbing issues! I called them at about 11am this morning with a broken garbage disposal, and less than 2 hours later, it was replaced. Jesus and Liam were efficient and thoroughly professional, and today they earned Beacon Plumbing a repeat customer!

Responded quickly to an emergency call, were swift and effective in resolving the issue, and took the time to clean up after they wrapped up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Casey was AMAZING! He arrived early, did the work quickly and the price was very reasonable. Additionally, he was very polite and accommodating about my request to keep shoes outside. He had all the tools and parts with him, no need to schedule a second appointment. He was very understanding about my lack of knowledge of the industry, in how I tried to described the issue. Casey was sharp looking in appearance, the car he arrived in was even very organized and FULL of tools. Thank you so much, I will surly reuse Bob Oates next time I have even the most minor issue.

Our water heater had an error code, and Repipe Masters came out the next day to fix it and show us how to perform the maintenance to prevent it.

Simon was able to get out to me next day and detect a leak that we had just become aware of. He was very professional, timely, and gave great advice on how to handle the situation. He detected the leak in about 40 minutes and offered support over text on a Sunday when I was fixing it. Great guy that you can trust to do right by you.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.
