Mike was helpful answering all of my questions about supply chain constraints and the possibility of converting to a tankless system.When I moved forward with a tank replacement Mike came out again to do the installation himself. I appreciate dealing with the same person for both the estimate and the installation.I would happily be a customer in the future.

Garrett and his team went the extra mile! We had an emergency issue with what turned out to be our very old service drop and meter. It was arcing, half the house had power while the other didn't. Yikes. But Garrett came out the same day to diagnose the problem, replaced the needed parts, handled everything in a safe and professional manner and at reasonable price. We'll definitely call B&G again!

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!

After multiple attempts and listening to a bunch of sick excuses about why they can't conduct their business in a professional manner I've given up on trying to get them to talk to me about solar for my home. I'll be letting my friend who recommended them know about this. I'll also let others not to waste their time.
