Best Commercial Drains in Seattle WA
Called up Beacon after 2 other plumbing companies (including Best) gave us a near $1000 estimate for replacing the ball valve on our unit's own water shutoff. Beacon sent out Jeff McCoy and his apprentice Israel, and the experience was amazing and hilarious. Israel is well-spoken and easy to talk to, and McCoy's sense of humor is just awesome. I think they both understand that 80% of the time they're on the job, the person they're working with doesn't want to have to think about mucking with their pipes and fixtures and just wants it all done.Beacon came out to the house for a standard quote, which costs $75 + tax. That might seem steep but that price is deducted from your final bill, so it's actually not too bad. McCoy kept spirits high and commiserated with me regarding my HOA (who was demanding the repair be done), and just made the entire first experience more enjoyable than stressful. The quote for Beacon came in under $700, and the final bill was $633. WAY under what other local plumbers quoted us, and cheaper = better especially given the quality of the work. The second visit, the actual repair, was set for 4 hours. Beacon was done in just under 2. McCoy and Israel worked quick, cracked jokes, and struck up a fast conversation about one of my preferred shooter games as they waited for dispatch to ring me up. When the job was done they let me know the proper way to restore water to the unit, gave me their card and told me to call if things looked strange after things were back in action. These two guys are completely awesome and if something else in my home springs a leak (though I hope it doesn't) they'll be the first duo I call to come out and look at it.You want a job done right and good spirits during the repair? Call McCoy and Israel at Beacon.

I tried to use ice to clean the garbage disposal, the moter burned out and they were quick, to not only explain why they couldn't give a quote over the phone ( new home buyer here so I dont know anything about housing and upkeep) but they also got here the same week I called, and solved my problem in a very quick amount of time. 10/10 would recommend!! Special thanks to Luis ( in Washington state) for help me out, thanks luis!!!

Casey and TJ came by to hyrojet my drain. They both worked extra hard trying different techniques and tools to fix the stoppage. However the drain was too tight to allow in the tools they needed to properly clear the stoppage. In the end, they only charged me for an hour of their time. Very reasonable. Very professional. Will certainly call them in the future. Thank you for the good effort guys!

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

They did an excellent job at a weekend for my sewer block water overflow problem. Though the condition was bad, they still did not give up and troubleshot the problem. After the job was done, they also provided several options for the next step restoration.

I have been a General Contractor for 27 years, we build homes and additions.... so I knew what was in for when the main sewer line at my own home clogged yet again, and had a feeling this time it needed to be replaced. I had put it off because I knew how long and deep it is and that it was going to be a major project. Paul came by, scoped the line and confirmed my suspicions.... what I didn't expect was what came next. I had done some prep work for them, but it was obvious immediately that his crew is experienced and professional. They used a technique called line bursting to run the new line, which meant instead of digging a long trench and destroying my wife's plantings, they dug one hole. It was amazing to witness. They started on Thursday morning, by Friday afternoon, they were cleaned up and out. Even the cleanup was spectacular. If you are reading this because you, right now, are where I was that day, please heed my advise as an industry professional and call them. You will be glad you did.

Wezee’s Plumbing was great - I was able to get a timely appointment at a time of day that suited me well. Dan and Edgar were polite, personable, and respectful of my home. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves, taking the old fixture and packaging away with them. I highly recommend them !

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

Very disappointing. I called at 10am for a plumber. The operator said they will be in my place at 11-12, nothing happened at this hours. I called the plumber, he said he will be at my place in half an hour. Nothing happened for the next 2 hours. I called the plumber and he said he got stuck and will be at my place in 25 min. I said if he don't come in next 30 min, don come at all. He didn't. So I called Roto Rooter instead.

My name is Joseph Marcos owner of Amari Construction and this is the first review I wrote for a fellow contractor. I have worked with Aces Four for years and they always amaze me we are both family businesses just trying to do our part. I can always count on Rick jr, Alex, Oksana and Ilia. Trust me we (local contractors) are word of mouth and with people like us you will get quality and value! That's why I took the time to write this

I have contracted with Prima Plumbing for over 25 years, for my personal remodel jobs as well as other family plumbing problems. Unfortunately, most of their business is Seattle and north, and Kent is just too far south for them to respond. I had a water supply line leak between the meter and the house, and wasn't aware of it until the bill arrived. I had several plumbing companies come out and give me a bid. Their bids weren't just high, but extremely high. I called Larry at Prima, and he drove to Kent to look at what needed to be done. Larry accepted my job, contacted LineScape and by Friday of that following week, two of Larry's plumbers were there at 8:30 am and by noon, the new line was in with connections completed at both ends. Prima Plumbing is one of those businesses that are professional, have employees with integrity, and respect for your property, are fair to the client. When his employees left that day, you couldn't tell that anything had been done in my yard. Prima, above all, is the type of business that completes the job for a reasonable price.

Cesar and the crew explained what to expect clearly, and left my yard cleaner than it was before they repaired the sewer line.
