Sarah helped me find the kitchen faucet fixture I urgently needed. She even contacted me with some follow-up information that proved very useful. High marks for communication and friendliness. Nice-looking showroom, too.

I am so happy I called these guys! So my water pipe in my yard somehow blew up, yeah... BLEW UP. And the whole yard started flooding, I don't even want to get into the amount of plants and bushes I lost due to this issue. I remember I had a buddy of mine that told me he had pipe blow up too and he called these guys. I called them, they were at my house within 20 minutes. They stopped the leak, fixed the pipe. Best thing of all? They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, very affordable for the situation at hand. These guys get 5 stars from me!

Communicative, punctual. Price up front, available almost immediately. Diagnosed the problem 2x and fixed it. The two I had, Jake and Denis, were professional, worked incredibly well as a team, and were professional but never condescending when explaining issues to me.4 stars because these prices are offensive. 10k to swap a fuse box, 500 for a diagnostic? At this point I understand this is what people can charge because they always show up (3rd time I've used them) but geez. Just, geez.

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Lakehaven contacted me that we have a leak in the main waterline.
I had called Repipe Specialist and they came out and gave me a quote, which was cheaper then the previous estimates I had gotten.
Within one day, they had replaced the old line with a brand new waterline from meter to house. The crew did a wonderful job of fixing my yard and cleaned up everything. They were great

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

My meter was running without apparently water usage. After contacting Clearwater Leak Detection, they were able to help me determining it was due to a toilet leak over TEXT. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and consideration - this is the company you want to work with next time you experience a leak!

He provided sound advice, and when the time came to do the work, he did a very skillful job... it all looks and works great. Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. I’ve been getting a lot of quotes and calling a lot of companies to fix issues with my home lately. I’ve met a lot of untrustworthy, pushy salesmen. When I found out I needed a plumber due to a broken pipe in my crawlspace, I was less than eager to start calling around for more quotes. I found Green Planet from a few recommendations I saw on the West Seattle Facebook group. I emailed them through their website at 11pm Wednesday night. They had emailed me back by 8am and had two guys out here by 9am. The guys were professional, kind and obviously knew what they were doing. The quote to fix the repair was reasonable. They gave me a second quote to fix another problem they found but were honest about it not being an urgent fix. I’m tight on cash right now, so having this honesty, with no pitchy salesman act was so refreshing to me. They fixed the issue and were done before 11am. As a female homeowner, it’s really common to get taken advantage of and I cannot thank Green Planet enough for being a stand up company and getting the job done quicker than I expected. I will definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
