You can often tell or at least get a sense if a company is run well by the first contact. I did as I always do and get 3 bids but got a sense right of the bat that fox was running a well organized business. A person answered the phone and listened to my request and proceeded to get all the info and immediately schedule someone to come out and do a bid. Off to a very good start.Kyle came out and spent a considerable bit of time going over the project, was thorough and clearly was working with me and not pressuring me to do it his way. I really like it when it feels collaborative. He started work at an agreed scheduled time again working with my schedule not his. He came out on time and accomplished everything we had planned in one day. Nice work Kyle. Then there was a delay and the company was more then happy to work with me and reschedule the remaining work. Again should up exactly on time and went to work. Kyle again was very attentive and willing to go over concerns and questions I had and made last minute changes without complaint. Some of the work Fox was to do got done out of necessity and they were amazingly willing to renegotiate the contract and subtract the work done reducing the over all cost.On time, worked hard, collaborative and willing to work with me on changes while being the best bid. What else do you want?

I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

I'm not a customer (yet), but I work at a neighboring business. We had a project where we needed some help fast, and the employees here took a moment to help us out. So 5 stars for being really good neighbors. I expect they're even nicer to customers, so they'll be my first call when I need a plumber, too.

William and Aman came out and did a great job. They did quality work in a fraction of thw time I had expected. They undid some rough diy plumbing done by previous owners and brought our water heater up to code in very short order and replaced a hose bib.Definitely a great experience and I will be calling Rotorooter if I have any further plumbing needs.

We had a leak from our ceiling to the basement and Ridgid Plumbing showed up on time and prepared and fixed the leaked and very helpful and also referred us to a water restoration company and how to work with our insurance company. Definitely calling again and would recommend to everyone in need of plumbing

We had booked them to check our ceiling for leakage and we asked them 5-7 times about the endoscopy camera technology in which they don’t have to tear up the wall and they confirmed it also but when the technician called us before coming we confirmed with him also once again and he said he as no knowledge of camera thing and our situation… and after that we called the manager of the company to discuss this and he said we don’t have endoscopy camera technology to check ceilings. They wasted our 3 days as we counted on them for this issue. It’s highly unprofessional of them and they should give proper knowledge to their staff about what equipments they have and what issues they can handle. They should not book appointments and waste people time.

Diagnosed and repaired/relined my ancient side sewer quickly and with minimal inconvenience to me. Clearly communicated what would be done and what I should do (or shouldn't do) until they could do the relining.

Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

Zoltan installed our dishwasher, cleaned the drain, and moved the plug. He did an amazing job. He was professional, clean and efficient. We definitely would rehire him.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
