Best Cleaning Plumbing in Seattle WA

I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Plumber did a good job, but the price was much more expensive than I had assumed. I had received bids from4 other local plumbing contractor. All4 had quoted similar pricing. Unfortunately, I didn’t request a bid from Fox. I chose them because they had the cheapest price for coming out and determining what needed to be done. The plumber who came out the first time quickly fixed the lack of water pressure so quickly. I should have him show me exactly how to take my faucet so I could clean out the trap. I didn’t and within 4 days my water pressure was just a trickle, again. My son (not MR. FIXIT) fixed the problem with the water pressure and also wreaked my sprayer. I purchased a new faucet. I called Fox. I was shocked by how much it cost to install a regular faucet. But it was close to Christmas and I would spend another $150 for just telling the plumber “Thanks, but No Thanks.” I figured I just got a good lesson. I haven’t had to figure out home repairs by myself for long.

Just to be clear, this emergency plumber provides the greatest service in the area. Even at an odd hour, they dispatched their staff right away to drain a very problematic pipe for me. I'm really appreciative of their prompt response!

Came up with a creative solution to a tricky problem, spent a good amount of time talking over options, and work was completed as quoted with no surprises.

April 1, 2016 my sewer alarm went off about 10 pm, called Beacon saturday morning, specifically asking to have my holding tank pumped and likely needing a replacement pump. Two guys show up and pull the pump, leave it disassembled in my yard, after two hours of turning the breaker on and off (meanwhile stepping over a telltale sink hole that never occurred to them as being related to a broken pipe), they announce that the pump needs replacing and give me a $4,000 invoice to have it repaired. And they charged me $537 to assess the problem that day. They did not drain the tank as I requested originally, they did not assess the problem correctly, and they left the pump disassembled in my yard and left. I called another guy who drained it and figured out what the real problem was, I paid him $340. He gave me tips to fix it myself, which I did, and I reassembled the pump and had it working by Sunday. Because Beacon's requires you to sign off on the charge before they start, you are stuck, but their unethical incompetence is the problem. You agree expecting them to actually do what they say, and who would leave someone with a full tank of poo and a disassembled pump in their yard? I will never use Beacon's. They owe me the difference that I paid the second guy to actually do the job, or a complete reimbursement for that matter!

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

Had a major issue with our lines backing on Christmas morning least to say it was not a good morning for us so i called Roto Rooter the person i spoke to was kind and friendly she was able to get some one to our home right away. The gentalman that did the repairs was really good and did great work always cleaning the area while he was working and a fun to talk to he was able to get the job done and did a couple extra repairs that was needed he took his time and did the job right even though it was Christmas day he was is great mood singing Christmas song and laughing and joking to keep us entertand while he was working kudos to him, So if i have any more issues with my plumbing these will be the company to call to do all repairs if needed. Disappointed in this company and the work that they did for me. I requested a cabling of my main sewer line and the technician only worked for about a hour before leaving after barley clearing the line. The company recommended a complete sidewalk tear up and broken line replacement which wasn't the actual issue. (according to them a “break” is also an offset) I had to talk to multiple managers to have them come out to attempt to clear the line a week after the first attempt, which they eventually did. Prices are too high for their lack of follow through. unfortunate this company has declined over the years in my opinion.

I have dealt with different plumbing companies in Seattle and I have to say that Bob Oates is superior to all I have ever used. I like the professionalism and their expertise. They respected my house. They listened and answered to all of my concerns. They have great communication skills. I am very impressed as I rarely see this. Also they didn't make me feel that got ripped off. I got a great value from them. I have had a bad taste from other plumbing companies and contractors. This company has 100% impressed me. I will continue doing business with Bod Oates. Keep up the great work. Thank you!

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.
