I got jerked around by a countertop company (Intown Granite & Quartz). It took them 4 deliveries to get it right. 2 Son’s Plumbing was so accommodating as I had to keep rescheduling faucet installation. They came out late on a Friday evening so I could use my kitchen sink for the first time in a month.

I can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

Morgan and Pavil came to my house at the end of their shift and went above and beyond to find the cause of my frozen pipes. The source of the problem wasn’t apparent at first and they dug through the snow, crawled under my house, and talked to my neighbors until we solved it. I’m thankful to them. They kept my wife and I from having to get a hotel for the night.

We cannot say enough good things about Jafco! After months of having an unusable shower due to a cracked shower floor, we shopped around for quotes and were dreading the process of having to rip out an old shower and replace with a new one. But Jafco came along, explained the process, eased our concerns of a rather big/noisy project in a shared condominium building and scheduled our project promptly. All while being so flexible and accommodating to my crazy night shift/sleeping during the day schedule. Everyone from the customer service reps to the installation team was wonderful, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. And our new shower is amazing! When we returned from vacation, we discovered a significant leak between the water shut off and the house. It was dumping 180 gallons every couple hours. We tried for *days* to get in touch with another company we had previously worked with. After they came out for an inspection, they totally ghosted us. So, WHO YOU GUNNA CALL? Price Busters! On Fourth of July weekend, I called Price Busters and they answered after hours. I couldn't believe it! First thing in the morning, they had a truck out to inspect and complete the work. They did it for thousands of dollars less than a competing company, too. Price Busters plumbers were professional, timely, tidy, and knowledgeable. I'm a forever customer now.
