Absolute ripoff, never use them again

Do not use Beacon. They gouge people who are in a pinch and then don’t stand behind their work. They fixed a hose bib for me and left my home. First time I go to use the hose bib it is leaking into my wall. I call them and then come out to tell me they won’t repair it under warranty because they know they do better work than that. Call anyone but beacon. And their new motto should say we’re freaking cooks at beacon plumbing and heating.

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

I am the property manager of the building I live in and let me tell you, plumbing problems lately have been on the rise. 3 problems in 2 weeks to be exact. Eli, our service tech was rad. Explained all he needed from me and all that he would be doing and how much it costs. He was very straight up and didn't mess around. A main drain line was leaking in the apt above mine and he made the best choice and didn't cut into my ceiling in my hallway and bathroom but just a small square in the closet that was right above the leak. He got all the work done in a timely manner and gave me the best deal. Minimal demo to get to the problem and he handled it no problem. He knows what he is doing and he made my experience as a resident and a landlord a great one. THANK YOU ELI!

Way over-priced (more than double)

These guys were fantastic! Baba and his team took care of a water pressure problem we had been struggling with for years. THANK YOU! They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. Will absolutely use these guys again and recommend them without reservation! Thank you again.

I'm beyond happy with Watertite's workmanship! Sharif and his partner did an excellent job at my house. I've contacted several plumbers for updating the galvanized plumbing in my house, and of the few that actually came out and wrote a bid, Sharif actually followed through and was prompt. His bid was also the most affordable and he was the most available. Extremely pleasant to work with, and outstanding customer service. When issues arose, he was quick to solve them. He offered a small discount for scheduling delays that were out of his control, but I opted for installation assistance instead, to which he was more than happy to help me with. Sharif went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work and service. I definitely recommend him if you are in King or Pierce County.

When our older house was having some drainage problems in the basement for which I’d spent weeks looking at diy fixes. Joe identified the problem basically immediately and helped us find an ideal solution for a fairly big problem! Very disappointing. I called at 10am for a plumber. The operator said they will be in my place at 11-12, nothing happened at this hours. I called the plumber, he said he will be at my place in half an hour. Nothing happened for the next 2 hours. I called the plumber and he said he got stuck and will be at my place in 25 min. I said if he don't come in next 30 min, don come at all. He didn't. So I called Roto Rooter instead.

Bad attitude. Ridiculous pricing. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

Amazing drainage repair services! Our storm drain in our driveway was totally clogged and there was no drainage every time it rained. They came out and identified the drainage problem immediately and repaired the drain same day. After hydro jetting they discovered holes in the pipe and more drain clogs. It turned into a two day job because the cast iron pipe was completely impacted and rusted out. They cut the concrete, dug out a new channel and installed about 30 ft of pipe that led to a pop up drain. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which most contractors don’t bother with. Super knowledgeable, professional, affordable and skilled team. Highly recommend and will hire again if needed.

Trenchless put in a new water main from the meter to our house. Most of the length of the new pipe had to go under the driveway that serves our house and 2 other houses in our 3 house subdivision, so we needed a trenchless solution. They came in with high tech boring equipment and went down 5’ to avoid other gas, electric and water piping. They made connections on the meter and the connection on the house. They were done in one day. They were professional, polite, well trained, and focused. The work was inspected by the permit department, and signed off with no issues. We are very pleased with the entire transaction, and would not hesitate to hire them again on our next house. Thank You Very Much Complete Trenchless!!

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.
