Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

My hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called one place that could come in 5 days. I read the reviews for the two brothers, and they were good. I called them at 9ish and the hot water heater was installed by 1:15 that same day. I still almost can't believe it. NIce people that do high quality work. I would highly recommend.

We had to reshoot our plumbing line from the city water to the house. But Jeremy and Jay did a great job and navigated the inevitable hang-ups like calling the city for emergency pipe refit and getting the ditch company involved. Very professional and kids were so thankful to have water again!

We had a leak from our ceiling to the basement and Ridgid Plumbing showed up on time and prepared and fixed the leaked and very helpful and also referred us to a water restoration company and how to work with our insurance company. We repiped our house with PEX from CPVC. The company was upfront with costs which were quite reasonable given the size of the job. The team doing the repiping was amazing, made sure we were happy and did an incredible clean up job. Other than massive holes in walls and ceilings you couldn't tell such a huge job was done. The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't get an estimate on patching before the work was done, and by then we found someone else to do it. Hopefully we will never have to do this again, but I would recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
