Other than having to wait (the case for every company in our area), they were top notch. Troubleshooting was fast, the fix was straight forward and done immediately. The electrician was super knowledgeable and talked us through what was done in every step. Their front office/dispatch made several suggestions for us to do in the meantime (the only company that did) - in short, great customer service, great technical ability.

Wish they could be a little cheaper

We had Mr. Electric come out to do an electrical panel repair and install an electrical switch to the outside of our garage in preparation for an outdoor generator install. James Lowe and Rick Lart could not have been nicer, more professional, or open to any and all questions this senior citizen asked them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical support in their homes.

Great company! When our kitchen sink backed up on a Friday night, But I called the company on Saturday morning around 8am and it was fixed by 10am that day.Tommy, the technician, was great! He was very professional and gave us great advice and information. He was able to clear the drain and avoid a costly procedure. I am very happy with the response, communication, and service!

It was easy to get a quote, schedule when the work would happen, and reschedule when a conflict arose on my end.

The task was to add a new 50A circuit to the breaker box and run new wire to the kitchen for an induction cooktop that will replace the gas cooktop so that we can reduce our carbon footprint. The induction cooktop hasn't arrived yet, so I don't yet know if the new circuit works or not, but I'm optimistic!

After the gas cooktop is replaced, the laundry dryer will be the last thing that keeps our gas usage above zero.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

When I contacted this local electrician, he showed up the same day. He quickly completed the installation of light fixtures in my kitchen. I felt that the price I paid for the service was more than reasonable, especially considering that I don't have much electrical work expertise.

All the outlets on a circuit in my kitchen suddenly stopped working. I contacted JC Green Energy and Jesus immediately took my call, listened to the problem, and said he could respond the next morning. An hour before the time we agreed, he texted me to say he was on his way and would arrived as scheduled. Jesus was right on time, he was professional, reassuring, and wore a well fitting mask correctly. He did a careful evaluation, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed GFI outlet. I was grateful the for the timely and competent service. It was more expensive than I expected, but to have someone respond so quickly and complete the repair the next day was excellent.

Brennan Electric did a great job installing the new furnace and air conditioning systems. The work was completed as scheduled and they cleaned up the work area. Plus they disposed of the old furnace.

I'm quite happy with how this neighborhood electrician installed the light fixtures in my house. He was prompt, courteous, and his work is of the highest caliber. I am overjoyed with the lighting fixtures he put in my house.

Fraud! Do not use this company! My husband Johnnie requested a quote to repair a wood stove fireplace in or basement. We were not home initially when they arrived but our cousin let them in. My husband arrived 15 mins later and the fireplace was lit and running. We signed the paperwork hoping the issue was fixed correctly (although it was supposedly fixed before we agreed to have them fix it). When the two guys left we turned off the wood stove and it would not restart l. My husband then called the older guy back who supposedly fixed it and he said the Igniter was working when he left. He asked us to throw a match inside to light it. Hmmmm that’s why they “repaired” it so fast before we arrived. They never fixed the igniter, they started it with a match and pretended like it was fixed to steal our $179.00.

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.
