I recently used this plumber service for a repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was prompt, reliable, and did an excellent job. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very friendly.

I couldn't be more thankful for how well this neighborhood plumber cleaned my drains. They came quickly, did a good job, and went above and beyond to get my drains unclogged.

The person who did the estimate for us listened to what we were requesting and patiently updated the estimate as needed. The 3 installers were polite, efficient and worked well as a team. They did an excellent job of installing our new lights, new fixture and dimmer switches.

The plumber came out because we had a running toilet and low water pressure. He fixed the toilet quickly then meticulously investigated the issue with our water pressure putting together a game plan, clearly explaining the issues and potential fixes giving us plenty of time to consider our options. Thank you.

Taj Plumbing does a wonderful job—they are skilled, prompt, honest, kind, and reasonably priced. Seth even came to our house on a Sunday and worked all day because he knew we were in desperate need of a functional washer. He came back a couple of days later to fix a leak (due to manufacturer’s defect in a sink pipe) and insisted on using his own parts at no cost. I highly recommend Seth and team for any plumbing needs that arise.

We had them replaced galvanized pipes throughout the house with PEX. They came in, did some work and left. Yay, right? ... No.

First issue - we decided to remodel our bathroom after, so we had to open the wall again. Surprise 1 - they left the galvanize pipe at the shower head. Asked them why, they said we don't replace that ...

Second issue - their plumber screwed the PEX holder onto the stud and somehow nailed through to hit the gas line. They closed the wall without inspecting or letting anyone know.

We found out about 3 weeks later when we turned all the fans from the construction work off.

Called them to come back and fix it, they said they would call us before the person arrived - they didn't. We had to leave work to talk to the technician to get an answer because they wouldn't tell us over the phone.

They also said that they'll confirm with us if we need to pay (if it's not their fault, they will). Of course, they didn't call.

Thankfully they didn't charge us.
