Beacon Plumbing repaired my gas furnace 26 days ago. Two days ago my furnace stopped working again. This was last Thursday. They scheduled a tech to be at my house Friday between 1:00 and 4:00. I had to work, so a friend of mine agreed to meet them here. She sat at my house from 1:00 to 5:10 pm and no one showed up or called. She called Beacon at 3:30 and they said a tech would be there within the hour. She left at 5:10. I got off work at 4:40 and went to dinner with my mom, brother, and 4 cousins that drove here from Vancouver BC just to share a meal and visit for 3 hours. This event had been planned for a couple of weeks. After dinner at approximately 6:10 I received a call from a Beacon tech stating he would be at my house in about 45 minutes. I had to leave my visit with my cousins one hour before their departure time to meet the Beacon tech at my house. The tech was very appologetic and even showed me the text he received at 5:10 dispatching him to my house. My time and family are very important to me. I don't know when I'll see my cousins again and I don't appreciate Beacon's inability to stick to the schedule that they set. Not sure I'll ever use their service again. I definately wont refer them to any body. Again, I would give the tech a 5 star review, but the office staff no more than a one star.

Anthony has helped us out on many sewer inspections. He is reliable, smart, and very focused on customer service. He is our first call when we need a sewer scope for our clients.
