Good communication, answered all my questions, and install was easy and fast. They only use high quality water heaters too (not what you find at Lowe's or home depot)...after they left, I noticed a small gas smell from the gas valve (our valve, not one they installed), so I contacted them again and within a few days, I had a tech over to fix the small leak. No extra charge. Now THAT is how you take care of your customers! The technician who came out was great. Highly recommend Einstein Plumbing for your hot water install.

These guys just finished a side sewer project for my neighbor's and our shared line. We had the now famous 90 year old Seattle sewer pipes and one section had root intrusion. Rob and Jamie were fantastic in quoting up a couple different options. Jason was the crew lead and he was a total professional. In the end the whole project was painless for us and the price was very competitive.
We learned of Sewer Friendly from a friend's referral. I would not hesitate to recommended them to a friend or neighbor!

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

One plumber from Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating came and asked for the history of the drain and then took a look. He said that the drain is more than likely blocked. He took pictures and will discuss options back at the shop and come up with a proposal. He is very professional and I really appreciate his honesty. It’s the first time I have used Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating and my guess is that he reflects the culture of the company.

Ben is my go to plumber. He is one of the best. He is extremely experienced and responsive, and always professional. I have used him for many years and highly recommend his services. He has helped me resolve both big and small plumbing issues; the same quality and attention to detail for all.

I have used ECSI twice in the past few months. The first time I was saved from thousands of dollars of sewer repairs, which were caught by this inspection... well worth the money, to say the least.
The second time, while some minor issues were found, Anthony explained the nature of the roots blocking less than 20% of the pipe, and how to address that, and maintain it in the future. Anthony also took the time to show the minor blockage, prior to leaving this location. Super knowledgeable, on time, nice guy... HIGHLY recommend getting a sewer scope done... and by this guy, for sure!

This company was recommended by a friend, and they did a wonderful job at my house. They fixed my leaking sink, unclogged 2 bathroom toilets, and cleaned the shower nozzels. They were affordable and very kind. Great company!

I would like to offer my strongest recommendation for Paul Honeyman and his business, Budget Sewer. Paul’s cheerful nature is matched by his expert knowledge in quickly addressing and fixing even the Really Bad problems like we had. I was especially thankful for his courteous attitude, which always evidences a sure willingness to do what was necessary to make us happy. I am delighted by the excellent work and service they provided us.

Had a leak under the sink and called Craftsman. They sent someone the same day to check out our issue. Monty quickly identified the issue, talked us through what was going on, got a quote and immediately resolved our leak by replacing the garbage disposal. Efficient and professional service! Would call Craftsman again.

After an initial consult that included chiseling out concrete to replace an iron pipe, the plumber talked to others at the office and recommended a newer technology that was less risky, and saved me money. It speaks volumes that he made the extra effort to ensure that I was getting the best solution!
Additional pipe was found to be leaking after the first portion was replaced. Because the original replacement went quickly, and replacing next portion of pipe wasn't too involved, he did it without adding addition cost.
I'll definitely be calling Wezee's next time I need a plumbing services.

They are good, but the show room is closing. The only service is available is the plumbing repair service. Say goodbye to the little store showroom.

I had a problem with 1946 sinks and pipes in my thrice remodeled home. Laundry room.. (where all the big pipes converge!)
What I liked about Joe is that he spent time thinking about the best way to fix considering what I wanted to see in the end. This is the 2nd time I've used Simple Plumber and was very satisfied with his ideas, work ethic (a 9-hour day) and the itemization of his work on the bill. I highly recommend Simple Plumber for small jobs and large. (I've had both).

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
