5 stars for Genmor Plumbing! Called Friday afternoon and the owner, Genaro, came Saturday morning. Very professional, curtious, on time, detailed, organized, put booties over his shoes while inside and dressed well. Took great care in my home finding the gas leak. Inspected all gas appliances & function. Efficiently repaired the leak (fixed the problem better than it was originally installed.) He said to call if there was any other concerns I had. I would highly recommended Mr. Genaro and his company Genmor Plumbing ☆☆☆☆☆

Right from the start, just great service and more importantly a great experience. They really care and will recommend the right thing to do. Case in point, were quickly able to tell me my water heater ,even though it was installed 5 years ago , was still under mfg warranty and to call and get them to ship the part. Then coordinated Phil to come the next day and install the part. Phil and team were awesome.. friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy. Will absolutely recommend and use the team again

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

Responded quickly to an urgent sewer overflow and backup. Cleared it and gave advice for fixing my system. A little pricey but I’m happy with results.

Giovani was able to pinpoint problems that stumped other plumbers and repair them skillfully. He has also helped us identify key trouble areas, so that we may develop a plan for updating them, before the next disaster strikes.

Live in a 1970' Duplex. Had a clogged sewage line, both side bath tubes were backed up. Called ARS and they send me Mr. Duane in 1 hour. Mr. Duane fixed the clogging using a 75ft snake from my house's cleanout. (Can't imagine it was clogged that far away from my house, almost to the city's main sewage line). Mr. Duane is very professional and friendly. He put on shoe covers before entered my house, and explained all the steps that he planned to do. Price is very very resonable (I am also lucky to get a promotion price because we have a cleanout). I can't be happier to have ARS and Mr. Duane to fix my emergency. Thanks again.

We needed to have our pipes replaced ASAP. Had original pipes from 1968 and several water pressure and rusty water issues. Anthoni came out to give us a quote on a Saturday. He was so professional and quick! We booked them the same day and a crew was here on that Tuesday to do the work. The whole house was repiped by that evening. The price was great, the work was fast and done correctly. We were really, really impressed! I would highly recommend this company. The patch crew was awesome also. It was a big job. Even my hard to please, retired general contractor father was impressed with the work. If you need a Repipe do not call just any plumber! Definitely call this company!!!

Mario Came out to fix my sewer problem, after clearing it he offered to inspect the main line to determine what was the cause of the problem. He then showed me with his camera the condition of the pipe and oh boy was it in terrible condition. I had him replace my whole sewer line to fix the problem permanently. His team and him were really great and profesional, I have found my plumber honest and reliable!
