Best Water Softener Installation in San Jose CA

I called Local Rooter and met Duey, what a guy. Professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the scope of work and the materials he would be using. Never felt rush or tried to upsell things I didn't need. Duy is a sincere person who does good work. This is why I went with LR&P. Quote provided was in line with the quotes I received from other places.

The Mr. Rooter representative showed up right on time, looked at the situation and quoted the job. After approving the quote he quickly move to clear out the drain associated with the garbage disposal. Problem was fixed, no fuss in less than an hour.

I had Genmor Plumbing come out to my house last night after a clogged drain left the kitchen filled with nasty, smelly, brown water. They had my drains cleared within the hour and are now doing a tap repair today. I've been blown away by their fast service and quality work.

Ryan did a great job installing our new toilet! He arrived on time and took care of the installation all within 24 hours of our service call. Thank you!

It turns out I didn't need the service, but the guys were super professional and showed up within the service window.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

Giovanni was the third plumber we called to diagnose a tricky problem in our pipes, as we were not confident in the assessments of the previous two plumbers. Giovanni took great care to diagnose the problem and clearly demonstrate and explain it to us, and he earned our trust. He is passionate about his work, and his price was reasonable as well. I reached out to Evo based on a referral from a friend and they did not disappoint. We were looking for a water softener system and when I inquired about various products Martin (the owner) sent me a few different options and prices. He also offered practical advice regarding what the best setup for our specific neighborhood and needs. Once we made our decision, he was able to come and install the system within 4 days. We have had the system for about a month and love it.

I had a kitchen sink slow draining issue and requested united plumbing via online. Oscar responded very quickly and gave me detailed price estimate. Though we initially scheduled at 5pm, I was also checked and scheduled at an early time slot. Alex came over and fixed the issue and cleaned up carefully. I can't explain my gratitude towards the service I received on replacing my old water heater. Mario did an extraordinary job. I am so pleased with his job , he was able to stop by the same day I called. It was literally an emergency due to the fact that I was scheduled to have visitors that same day that there wasn't any warm water. I freaked out but luckily everything worked out perfect! BEWARE! Paid big bucks for Cupertino Plumbing to install my brand new AO Smith water heater from Lowe’s. Months later the water heater was leaking so I called another plumber to handle the warranty return and new replacement install. They advised me that Cupertino Plumbing installed the first one INCORRECTLY - apparently there is a specific hookup procedure that was bypassed which would have voided my warranty, yikes! After 3 attempts, spoke to Frank (owner of Cupertino Plumbing) and we agreed to disagree about what happened.

Was recommended for first time to plumber Thanh, he is easy to talk to and does really give a fair price. I will definitely call him for more work . Highly Recommend !
