Best Water Softener in San Jose CA

I am glad I found this company a few weeks ago when the main sewage line of our house got blocked (it later turned out the main line 6 feet deep under ground was broken). They came relatively quickly and worked non-stop for a few days until the problem was solved. They also took care of the permits and the inspection with the city. Both Duey and Jaime were a pleasure to deal with.
With no hesitation at all I recommend this company to my friends and family.

We had a bad office backup. It was right before x-mass and most plumbing companies were off and not taking calls. We found Genmor Plumbing and they came out right away, we cant say thank you enough!

These guys were awesome. I own a local preschool and one of our toilets started backing up. I called them to see if they could schedule someone that day or the next, low and behold they sent someone immediately. Chris (the owner) personally came to make sure everything was okay. Did a great job repairing our backflow device and submitting the required test report to San Jose Water.

Great experience. The showed up within 24 hours, and within their arrival window. Had my leaks identified in 10 minutes, and fixed them. They gave me a complete play by plat as to what they were doing. Friendly. I definitely recommend them.

The technicians name was Arnold. He was on time, very professional and informative. Before long the work was done and he left the place clean and tidy. Will call here again if I need more work done.

Giovani and his team, Jovarre, were excellent. My garage sink was overflowing with water and also leaking water on the ground. I could not use the washing machine. San Jose Main and Drain came early to assess the problem. Giovani fixed the problem quickly and told us tips on how to avoid this issue. We were glad he was very reasonable with his price and excellent techniques. We can finally use our washing machine with peace of mind.

Martin did an exceptional job installing a water softener / whole house water purifier for our home. I did research for a year trying to find the best one to purchase. We had an old Culligan softener that we wanted to replace and to also add a water purifier. Martin was wonderful sharing his extensive knowledge of water softeners/purifiers and was very responsive to all my inquiries. He helped design a custom system for our house using highly rated equipment at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Martin and Evo Water Heating & Plumbing!

I needed two faucets replaced in my master bath. They responded to my inquiry immediately and sent Steven out by 8:30 the next morning. He gave me a quote and within an hour was back at my house with the new faucets ready to install. The job ended up taking much longer than anticipated due to the corrosion inside one of the old faucets. They stuck to the original quote even though there was a lot of extra labor and time to remove the old faucet. They did a beautiful job and left my bathroom immaculate.
So happy to have found a reliable plumber!

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house filter, water softener, and under sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing was the 4th company I contacted and was by far the most price competitive and friendly! They were happy to answer my endless questions, give recommendations, and even advise me against adding more parts that I thought I needed but didn't. There was a small snag they ran into that was not their fault but handled it very well. They even swept up and took away the boxes of the products I ordered for installation! I would definitely recommend their very fairly priced service.

Our water heater burst and they were ready to go within a days notice. Installation happened over 2 days was quick fast and efficient. The technicians they sent were amicable respectful and informative as to what they were doing.

Called Cupertino Plumbing mid-morning on a holiday for a drain blockage I couldn't break myself. They sent Frankie out before mid-afternoon. He was friendly, polite and competent. He quoted me a competitive price that I could live with. It took a bit of work, but he had the drain cleared in an hour. Everything about the experience worked out well.

3/18/2021 - I've contact them again asking for a receipt. No one seems to know who I originally talked with. All they say is they'll have to get the manager to call me back. No one has called me back. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM SO YOU CAN AVOID THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS SO-CALLED PLUMBING COMPANY.

Phone and text contact only.. 3/6/2021 estimate was $350, they charged $760. When I asked the service guy for a receipt, he said My boss will send it to you in about 30 minutes.. After many texts, a man called me and agreed to bring me a receipt and $300. After not receiving anything, I texted them again. The response was from the worker who asked if he could have more time to get me the money. It was apparent that they have not intention of providing me with a receipt OR the promised $300. They don't have a company name, the guy on the phone says he says there is no company because he's just a vendor. People that contact him requesting services, not just for plumbing, and he dispatches people. When I asked for a Contractor's License he said he had one but wouldn't give it to me. IF YOU LOOK UP SAN JOSE PLUMBERS THAT COMPANY IS NOT LISTED IN THE CALIFORNIA STATE LICENSE BOARD.

4/16/2021 UPDATE - WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTRACTOR'S STATE LICENSE BOARD INFORMATION. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF CUPERTINO IF CHARGES ARE OVER $500 - THEY CHARGED ME $760 ON MARCH 6, 2021 - I STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT FOR THEIR WORK. MY RECOMMENDATION....... ****BEFORE YOU PAY THEM**** ASK FOR THEIR CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE, ASK THEM FOR A WRITTEN, ITEMIZED RECEIPT.
