I came home from a business trip to find water in my garage. My water heater had started leaking (it was really old). Chandler's plumbing responded quickly had same day service and competitive pricing. Mario showed up actually a little early but was very polite and patient while I was waiting for some one to return and move their car out of the way. All in all a very positive experience.

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.

Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

The technician, Brian Cruz, did a great job. He is professional, efficient, and friendly. He cleared our sewer and fixed some toilet leaks for us and everything is cleared and working properly once again.

From the time I called and spoke with Judy to the Phil and Joel coming to the house and fixing our plumbing needs everyone was pleasant, professional and honest. I highly recommend this company and will use again for future needs!

Had low water pressure throughout the house for both hot and cold water. Giovani was very responsive and asked detailed questions over the phone regarding the issue. He arrived early and waited patiently for us. He replaced the water pressure reducing valve quickly and explained how it works. Thanks Giovani! We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called shark plumbing services and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. The plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. He fixed it quickly. We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! Kory is the best! We had a sewage back up and Kory was able to assist quickly. He was onsite within an hour of us calling. He was able to assess the issue quickly and walked us through what he found and how he planned on making the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. We had a bad water heater failure followed by a difficult repair (our water heater is connected to a hydronic heating system) and SPS went above and beyond to help find a solution and get us up and running again. It's difficult to find that kind of help these days.

Falcone have been our go-to plumbers and A/C specialists for years. A few years back they moved an air-conditioning unit for us at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Just this last week we had an issue with our air-conditioning that Allen was able to resolve in less than 5 minutes and at NO COST! You can't beat this kind of customer service!

Well, it's bound to happen - at some point, your water heater will develop a leak. Luckily for us, it was a small one. I called Water Heaters Only, and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Our technician Steve B. called to let us know that he'd be arriving soon. Steve was very personable, professional, and had our new 50 gallon water heater installed in well under 2 hours. He clearly takes pride in his work! The earthquake straps, supply lines, overflow pipe, and all the other details were VERY professionally done. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only.
