Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in San Jose CA

My hot water had gone out and the water heater had a leak on a Saturday morning. Searching plumbing service on weekend and found Local Rooter. The company assisted Duey to check my problems and give a free quote. He showed up on time, very responsive and professional. The price he proposed was affordable. He finished his job quickly. Highly recommended Local Rooter to everyone.

Jimmy, the technician was very professional and kind. He diagnosed where the leak is coming from under my kitchen sink and suggested a solution with a reasonable estimation. He changed the strainer and no more leak. Thank you !

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

not recommended. 1. wanted to charge more for what was included in original bid for water heater R&R. and 2.not knowledgeable to fix a clogged sink issue suggesting the pipe needs to be torn down and replaced and asking for more money when another plumber took 5 mins to resolve the issue the next day. 3 charged credit card on unauthorized charges. beware!

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

The worst experience I have ever had with a sub contractor. Here is my story. We needed someone to come and unclog a toilet. We called Go Go Rooter, they came out and said the job would be $1950 to snake/cable/use a camera, dig a trench and put in ABS pipe to the clean out. Maybe around 8' of pipe. No concrete involved, everything was under the lawn. After digging the trench I was told two things: Good news we are not going to charge you $1950, but only $950 as it wasn't as bad as we thought. But the bad news is, we have a major problem and now it is going to cost $6700 to do the job. I complained and the price was reduced to $5500. REALLY????? I told them to stop and I would call them back. I called another plumber who came out the same day and finished the major problem job for $1500. I was shocked to see the difference in price for the same job. Do you cll Go Go Rooter honest people? I don't. They are crooks and should not be doing business in this hemisphere. A letter is going to the CSLB with a major complaint.

I had a great experience in dealing with Integrity Plumbing. Marlon did a great job in replacing my old pressure regulator valve , shut off valve, and faucet. He also fixed my bath/shower thermostatic cartridge, and added an expansion tank to my water heater. . He is friendly and a straight shooter who gives his honest opinion of what needs to be done. His pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing.

Freedom Underground is a well run company with extremely professional and courteous staff. They replaced the sewer line that connects our house to city sewage line and added house and property cleanouts. There was a major offset where the property line connected to the street. They are always on time and work quickly and left our front yard clean after their work was done.

Freddy himself always picks up the phone and is very responsive and spends the time to educate me on any of my questions. I can't remember the initial foreman's name but he was also very good. I also interacted with Alex who is awesome. One of the cleanouts casing had sunk after the rain and they quickly came and fixed it.

Another company had come prior to my contacting of Freedom Underground, to snake one of the toilets. They had pulled the toilet (since I didn't have a house cleanout at the time), to perform the task. They ended up cracking the washers that sealed the toilet tank in the process and I noticed that the tank had started leaking on the bathroom floor. Freddy and his team fixed my toilet free of charge.

Their administrative staff is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
