We had a major emergency due to burst pipes under our house. Called and Duy was onsite that same morning. They were extremely professional, quick, honest and went above and beyond on all fronts. Will only work with them for any plumbing needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

I called Bueno one morning because our tenant said the hot water heater stopped working. Jimmy was there in a matter of hours. He did a fantastic job diagnosing, getting the new water heater and installing it all in the same day! Also, Jimmy was especially good at explaining the problem & diagnosis, alternatives to fixing the issue, price options, installation timing, etc. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself!

I don't know where they got this thug. He is very rude. Use a profanity in when I tried to tell him how to access the main drain on the ground. Roto rooter should be ashemed for hiring this guy. Will never call this company again.

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

Tracey came and checked my sewer line for blockage. It's a big job but the quote seems fair.
The job ended up costing more as more issues were found upon digging. I agreed to deal with it sooner than later. The entire crew were fantastic. Answering all my questions and just being genuinely nice guys. I totally recommend them!

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

Customer service is garbage. I made an appointment with them to service my water softener. When making the appointment, the girl verified that this was a service that they did perform. A week later after our service window had come and gone, I called them and was told that they don't service water softeners and that they'd called to cancel. I checked with my wife and they called her and left a VM in the latter half of our service appt window. I stayed home from work to meet with them and scheduled the day around this. Highly unprofessional, I won't think of using them again.

One day, we woke up with no hot water and flood in the garage. I called Marlon, as he helped us few months ago with the clogged pipe. I apologized, as it was early in the morning :) - he was quick, responsive, said no need to apologize and requested me to send him photos of my water heater. Water was leaking around the perimeter. He advised to turn off water for the heater until he comes. As soon as he finished his prior appointment - he came to our house, ran diagnostics (as we suspected, water heater broke) and recommended to replace the heater. We chose tankless version (thanks, Marlon, for recommending it); he and his helper Tony came the next day and took care of the installation, re-piping to outside of the house with copper pipes (we chose outside heater placement), testing everything out and - we had our hot water again! Now, with tankless heater, we never run out of hot water with our 3-bath house :) Overall, Marlon has been super-responsive, professional, honest, great in communication and walking us through the pricing and maintenance options for various heater models; he is also an optimistic and pleasant person to talk to :) I would highly recommend him and his service for any plumbing needs you may have.

Upon my return home yesterday evening, I was dismayed to discover that my garage floor was partially flooded due to a malfunctioning water heater. In response, I contacted Water Heaters Only and spoke with Seth, who graciously scheduled an appointment for today within a four-hour timeframe. The following day, Julio arrived promptly at 8:45 a.m. and conducted himself with professionalism throughout the visit. The repair work was completed with efficiency and proficiency, and Julio provided clear and informative.

Some of the wastewater pipes under my house were over 70 years old. Advanced Quality Plumbing took photographs, provided me no pressure options. Once work orders were approved, they immediately replace the rotting galvanized piping and brought all of the plumbing up to code. We were completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism.
