Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called shark plumbing services and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. The plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. He fixed it quickly. We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! We will definitely use Shark plumbing services in future. Highly recommended

Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. Called a few companies but Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose. The sales representative was straightforward and helpful. Offered us the best deal through our Costco membership. The installation was quick, clean, and as promised. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional as they always answer calls, return calls, and support you with any questions asked. Prices are reasonable for quality products and services.

I discovered wet bath mats in an unused bath so I couldn't blame the kids. I checked underneath the subfloor and saw a puddle. I turned off my water main and even that was still leaking!

Señor Rooter came to the rescue! Raffa worked diligently and found and repaired 2 supply leaks. (He even had to remove the toilet) and replaced my main shut-off.

Raffa was professional and courteous. We have a super small bathroom, lined it with plastic and kept the chaos contained. He must have had to come in and out of the house at least 20 times and removed and reapplied his shoe booties each time.

After he completed his work, he cleaned up (and yes, installed new toilet wax ring and didn't charge me for it) and everything is wonderful! Running water contained in pipes is a wonderful thing!
