Great, professional service. Marcus was very thorough and methodical and explained what he was doing. Pricing seemed a bit high, but with the cost of fuel, etc and the fact that it was end of day, and we needed service “now”, it was okay.

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

Very prompt and professional replacement of a failed hot water heater during lock-down.

The previous hot water heater had been installed by Home Depot and was still under warranty, so for us to be reimbursed it meant a few extra steps on their part but all was handled very clearly, safely, and professionally.

My main water line erupted on a Sunday night of a 3-day weekend and I had no water in the house as a result. I called Freedom Underground Plumbing at 7 on Monday morning. Freddie and an assistant were here within an hour and set up a temporary water line so that I had water in the house again. They were back that afternoon and by Tuesday at noon, I had a brand new water line with little disruption to my landscaping and very efficient service. I contacted Drain Doctor to clean clogged kitchen sink. A technician arrived within 30 minutes and he completed the job in a short time. Very satisfied with their service.

The lady in the office mixed up scheduling the same job twice this week, she said Tuesday but scheduled for Wednesday. She scheduled for 2:00 - 4:00 PM but at 6:00 PM, no plumber and then dropped the job, leaving a resident without use of his shower/bathtub for 3 days. The apartment manager had to scramble to find another plumber at the last minute. Go-Mez Plumbing doesn't schedule the day they tell you, they don't show when they're scheduled to arrive, they don't call to let their client know they would be late and they renege on the job altogether. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them as they will leave you in a bind.
