I have the absolute best story as to why you should avoid Marti's Plumbing at all costs. With so many plumbers out there, trust me when I say DO NOT EVER give these people a chance. My main water line had broken and I googled and selected them to come do a pressure test and since they responded quickest gave them the opportunity to complete the replacement of my main water line. They took forever, abandoned the job, lied about the permit process, and took me to court to pay in full when they did not fulfill their obligations in the contract. The Judge obviously ruled in my favor because facts are facts, but the audacity, the lies, the inconvenience and the level unprofessionalism is something I have never witnessed in my life. Trust me when I say, do not let these people on your property or even bother working with them. They lied straight faced in court after taking oath. Please reference the photos for what they left my property looking like after the job was completed.

I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Their plumber, Francisco, encountered a real emergency at another house which took longer than expected, but Glen kept us informed and was very apologetic about the delay. Francisco finally finished his other call and came in the early evening. He was friendly, capable, polite, and thorough. He fixed our problem.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.

The plumber was polite and explained every detail of what was needed for repairing/replacing broken water pipe under the house now and preventative suggestions that would prevent future mishaps. The decision was mine not theirs, which I appreciated. I took his advice. Everything was completed in half a day. I am very, very satisfied with their performance and the company's response. All the old materials were hauled away and included in the price, which was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

A drain in our kitchen was clogged, so we called a big-brand plumbing company to fix it. Big mistake: the guy had no idea what the problem was, but asked for a huge amount of money just to try to clear the pipe! We sent him away, and called Drain Doctor instead.
Drain Doctor sent us Justin, who immediately diagnosed the problem, and offered us a very fair price to both unclog the drain, and help ensure it wouldn't happen again. Justin was quick, skilled, and very courteous (especially considering this was a Friday night!). He cleaned up after himself, gave us clear advice how to take care of our pipes, and gave us a warranty on his work. 5/5 stars, would totally ask for Justin again from Drain Doctor.
