The first call to the answering service was so enjoyable and helpful. The lady took my info, found be in their system, and quickly got the call to dispatch. In less than an hour my tech was set up.The tech, Omar, arrrved on time was so kind and helpful and patient. He completed the job and helped me understand how i might be able to fix my problem on a long term basis. The immediate issue was fixed in 30 minutes. Awesome!!!

Mr. Rooter called back the first and said no one would be able to come by tonight. Few mins. later another person called and said Ruben would be onsite within the hour. Ruben came a little later than an hour but Ruben was very polite and professional. He took care of the drain problem within 30 mins. of arrival. Would use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them.

They replaced the shut off valves for my washing machine supply.
It was basically unscrewing the two valve and screwing 2 new ones on. Their customer service was great but their pricing was absolutely absurd. I was charge $627 for this work that took less than 45 min. This was also with a 5% coupon. The hard part about plumbing is that you usually don’t have the luxury of shopping around and you are usually caught in an urgent situation so you are at their mercy. I probably will not use them again with these type of rates.

We needed a plumber in San Jose urgently for a leak. He arrived within a couple of hours.

My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Receiving our water bill which increased 3X to $1000, we learned that we must have a water leak on our main line. After Home Serve Insurance was unable to find someone...I went online and found Freedom Underground Plumbing and met their owner, Freddy Porras, who using sophisticated equipment, located the pipes and used compressed air to find the possible leak....Given our 150ft. driveway and 50 year-old galvanized pipes the leak was in more than one place which necessitated installing new pipe....and Freddy has the equipment to drill underground beneath the pavement, up a very steep incline to a previously opened hole to connect to the house water line....Freddy and his crew were able to accomplish this within the week...aside from the labor involved as his crew should be commended...I never realized that drilling was possible without the destructive effects of open trenching...(I have camellias along the driveway....bottom line....Freddy aside from being knowledgable, is great to work with and I would definitely recommend his plumbing service for this work....

My on demand water heater recently stopped working and I called Aaron’s plumbing in Gilroy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and got a technician out here that same afternoon. The technician was very experienced and helpful and friendly. We decided to replace the unit with a new unit and they were able to get that done very quickly and very professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the level of professionalism. I would recommend Aaron’s plumbing to anybody.

Raymont was the only person who picked up the phone! All the other companies told me to leave a message. Even though it is an older furnace, the specialist was able to find the part to repair it instead of suggesting to buy a new one which I couldn't afford at the time. I have been looking for an honest furnace repair person and I think I've found him! I will be using absolute heating and air conditioning repair from now on.

Martin Sanchez came out right on time, quickly analyzed the clog issue, we agreed to add a clean out, the work was done quickly, professionally, and they went above and beyond by replanting our hydrangea after having to dig it up to add the clean out. Everything is working great! couldn't be happier with Martin and his service.
