Great experience! I called for an urgent shower stopper issue, and someone was at my house within 3 hours. We asked Genmor Plumbing to do a whole home repipe on our home and the work they did was absolutely superb! It was a big multi-day project, but Genaro and his team stayed on schedule and on budget. They even worked with us to incorporate some last minute requests for a good price.

When working in the house, the team always made sure to put down dropcloths and clean up at the end of the day which I really appreciated.

Special equipment was required and soon we enjoying the efficient expertise of Nando, Isaac, Sergio and Scott. Soon everything was fixed for quoted price! I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again.

Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given.

About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated!

Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... oh, you're gonna want more than that... so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :(

Hector came for our annual inspection of our water heater, as part of our membership terms. He found that our water pressure was dangerously high. A pressure valve was not longer working. He also found a section of pipe was sagging and leaking, under the house. He returned the following day and replaced the valve and the 10 foot section of pipe. He found another valve with a similar issue and replaced it at no cost. Hector and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They did a tremendous job!

Finances are tight these days, which gives us a real appreciation for Allstar Plumbing. I know we need a new water heater but for now, we need a bandage for the one we have. Fred was able to repair our water heater until our finances allow for the purchase of a new one. Thank you, Fred.

After calling and texting many for an urgent leaking shut off valve with no response. Wilver texted me back right away and schedule me with a quick same day morning appointment. After putting up with a faulty kitchen sink garbage disposal for so long I finally caved in and called around for plumbing quotes. I called Integrity Plumbing for some help and wish I would have done it SOONER. They were so courteous, fast and very reasonably priced. They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.

Jose and his crew did an excellent job installing about 40 feet of sewer pipe at our home by pulling through a new seam-less pipe through the tree root filled existing pipe under our driveway. They also removed and replaced some driveway pavers to access to two holes that they neeeded to dig at both ends of the repair. When finished, you can not tell this major repair even happened - an excellent job.
