I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

We have used ARS/Rescue Rooter several times and been very happy with them. Today, I called because none of our toilets would flush and the shower wouldn't drain. I called at 9:40am, got two calls afterwards updating me on the arrival time of the plumber. The plumber was finished and gone by 11:15, including running a camera down the drain line before and after the repair and augering out the tree roots that were blocking the pipe, all for $88. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience!

The owner, was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called back and he sent his associate Harvey to my place. Harvey was awesome too. Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. We talked about how great John is. How often does an employee rave about their boss?! All-around thumbs up to this company!!
