Our water heater started to leak. I found this service from Angie's list. Compared with other vendors, and Crown Plumbing gave better timing, more accurate & honest estimate and better pricing, so I decided to try with Crown. We are very happy with their service and outcome. Appointment time was accurate, and they send us TEXT message when the service guys is on the way. Angelo was very professional, and patience with me during the installation. He also followed up with us by coming back to install additional pressure release pipe next week. Hot shower is great, thanks! I strongly recommend.

Marti's is our go to plumber service for last 4+ years!  They hold a great work ethic and excellent customer service.  Honest, fast, professional and knowledgeable!  They've been very reliable each time we've had an emergency (clogged kitchen sink, main pipe burst, and leaking water heater and replacement), or just needed a repair (leaky tub) or install a new toilet. I've recommended them to family and friends, and they've have had the same great experience of getting good and honest service.

We had a late-night emergency at one of our commercial plazas where a main line was gushing water into our parking lot. Local Rooter and Plumbing was able to send someone down to plug it up so our tenants could have access to water again and we scheduled the repair for first thing in the morning. Made what could have been a very stressful situation into an easily managed problem. Would use them again.

The previous hot water heater had been installed by Home Depot and was still under warranty, so for us to be reimbursed it meant a few extra steps on their part but all was handled very clearly, safely, and professionally.
