I called on a Friday at 4pm and Brian was on his way home. He chose to stop and help me out with a free estimate for a water softener system fix and a water shutoff valve even when he was supposed to be off work. He was courteous, nice, and did not hesitate to offer genuine advice and explanations. Would highly recommend Brian and the company, very quick to respond and kind.

I do not normally write online reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a superstar review for Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, for their quick, efficient, honest, and reasonably-priced service. After a recent bathroom renovation by another plumber, we were left with a shower which only produced lukewarm water. Once we became aware of the problem it was pretty clear that we needed to call in a more competent plumber to sort out the mixing valve. We tried most of the companies in the area. In most cases they refused to give us a quote even for such a minor issue over the phone, insisting to set up an appointment, turn up at the house, then quoting preposterous numbers much higher that what we knew the job would take. In contrast, once we reached out to Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter over the phone, Abel was happy to discuss the potential range of the cost including the potential replacement part and labor, all in line with what we know about the store prices for said part and within normal expectations. When their technician showed up at the house, he actually found out that nothing was wrong with the part itself, it had just been improperly installed and needed to be reinstalled. It was done within five minutes at a minimal cost, saving us the cost of the part that another plumber who checked out the issue and gave us a repair quote told us we would need to replace. We are grateful to get the issue solved with no drama and to know we can call Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter next time an issue arises.

Our water heater started leaking and we discovered it late in the day. There was no shut off valve and the leak was pretty severe. I called Miracle Plumbing after hours and spoke with Phil. He was super nice and understanding. He found someone in the area and the plumber, Ryan, arrived within the hour. Ryan was incredible. He worked outside in the dark and was as nice and professional as could be. Ryan came back the next day and with Phil, they installed a new water heater and fixed the damaged area, as well as put us in contact with the remediation company. We could not be happier with their work, professionalism and responsiveness. Ryan was also kind enough to speak with the insurance adjuster to answer her questions. We are so grateful they were able to help us. We will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan and Phil!

Put in a request and they got back very quickly to setup a next day, on-site appt to provide a quote. Tech called the morning of, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled due to an opening. He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm still collecting other competitive bids, but have been impressed by their professionalism and pre-sales service.

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. And, they arrived one hour after we called for help! Arnold was as professional as all WQ employees are. Guy was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. We had an unidentified sewer odor coming from a bathroom and he was determined to find it, which he did. He also found multiple serious issues with some of our sewer pipes which we will be replacing. Definitely would use him again, a pleasure to work with.

Got a quote for new 50 Gal Bradford White water heater . Cost was considerably higher than 3 other companies I got quotes . Not sure why EVO is so expensive. Was not impressed when they tried to sell me unknown system for $300 on top of the high cost heater . Supposed to help with hard water Issues

they did a great job on the water heater installation, but $3400 for the job is very pricy. They leave without cleaning their mess and leave a huge oil stain from their truck on my drive way.

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

After getting six different quotes, we chose Aaron Plumbing, and we were delighted with the experience and service for our new tankless water heater. We started our search with the outsourced vendors: Water Heaters Only, Sears, and Home Depot, and besides the outrageous quotes, did not like dealing with a salesperson, so removed from the actual purpose.
