I called Bueno one morning because our tenant said the hot water heater stopped working. Jimmy was there in a matter of hours. He did a fantastic job diagnosing, getting the new water heater and installing it all in the same day! Also, Jimmy was especially good at explaining the problem & diagnosis, alternatives to fixing the issue, price options, installation timing, etc. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself!

I call Genmor Plumbing when I am in need of an experienced plumber for any plumbing needs. They have done everything from drain cleaning, waste disposal installation, and outdoor plumbing system repair to leaking pipes and sewer cleaning. I have never been disappointed with their service!

I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I’ve used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.

We were fortunate to have Anthony Morin assist us with a long list of plumbing tasks for our home: Installing a new faucet, replacing our house water filter, replacing an outside faucet, diagnosing low water pressure, and installing a new toilet. We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called shark plumbing services and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. The plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. He fixed it quickly. We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! I had a busted copper pipe in my front yard that was spewing water nonstop. The techs came out did some investigating and dirty digging and they found the pipe that had been bent by the roots of an old tree. They fixed the pipe which was under a concrete slab. And they did perfect concrete work to replace the slice of concrete that they had to cut which was under the slab. These guys are really meticulous and do outstanding work. The price was an absolutely fair market price for all the work these guys had to do. I will for sure use them again when I need them. Great job guys !
