Genaro and his team took care of re-piping the entire house in 2-3 days along with water heater replacement. They replaced 60 yrs old galvanized steel pipes with high quality copper pipes. They did all the work with high quality and were very flexible to accommodate any changes as the work progressed. Genmor plumbing pricing is very reasonable. They will not beat a handyman price but you have to understand that they are not a local handyman but professional plumbers. Plumbing inspection went very well , only 1-2 minor comments and Genaro took care of it quickly.

Genaro and his staff were very careful about the current COVID situation and always wore a mask while at work. This shows they care about their employees and also about their customers.

I would highly recommend giving them a chance before you finalize your plumbing work.

Our rental unit in Campbell had the sewer line backed up and plugged. Jay Rodriguez came out December 2018 to take care of the problem. He was courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions. Jay informed me that someday I may need to replace the very old sewer pipes *and* also recommended that I get a cleanout installed to help reduce the cost of future clean outs. Go to present day (April 2019) and the sewers have backed up again. Given the great service I received with ARS/Rescue Rooter I decided to give them a call again. I met Monte (Jay's Supervisor) and Juan Diaz. Both men were very courteous (Do you see a familiar pattern here?!?) and they cleared out the sewer plug again. This time however, I decided to get the sewer pipes replaced and a clean out installed. Juan Diaz and the rest of the ARS/Rescue Rooter team were AWESOME. Juan updated me daily on the progress and even text'd me photos of the progress. The cost of the work was competitive with other companies out there *AND*, THE WORK WAS DONE WITH HIGH QUALITY and everything was cleaned up and put back together! If you are in need of plumbing work, don't hesitate to call ARS/Rescue Rooter. Jay, Monte and Juan were fantastic and that's why this company will always be my go to team for any future plumbing needs. :-)

Wilver and his crew were so amazing. PG&E came by to turn on our gas and told us they would not turn it on as we had a leak. I called Wilver and he came over pretty quickly. They diagnosed that we had 3 leaks. They quickly fixed 2 leaks and capped off the gas to that went to our outdoor gas grill and fireplace. We were able to get PG&E turn on our gas. The next day Wilver and his crew came back and laid new gas pipe from our house to our gas grill and fireplace. They did an amazing job, and even patched and painted the opening to our fireplace. I was super impressed with Wilver he was upfront and clear about what needed to be done. I will use and recommend him for any more plumbing issues I have. Five Stars for them!

They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.

Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing did a really great job of fixing a problem for our HOA. They were less expensive and fixed our problem better than another plumber proposed. I'm delighted with their service!
