We wanted to replace our old water heater with a new 11 gpm tankless system. The job was involved, requiring a new 1 inch gas line, pulling permit and passing inspection from the city. We got several different plumbers to visit and give us a quote. We were impressed by Chandlers Plumbing's quick response to our calls. Ismael came at 8am the next day to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. Unlike other companies that tried to talk us out of getting permits or tried to install a bunch of things we didn't need, Ismael gave us an honest appraisal and a fair price. So we went with Chandlers.

They did a quality job with the installation and passed all the necessary city inspections. There was a bit of a communication gap during the installation coming from different styles. I like to micro-manage and be informed what is being done at each step, but Ismail preferred to spare me the details and deliver a fully installed system in the end. But he was very open to my desires and accommodated my wishes once we had an open discussion. I am very happy and satisfied with the work, and will be coming back to Chandlers for all our plumbing needs so long as they keep their quality service.

Though the service cost more than we had anticipated, the two repairman did a very nice job and we are happy with our experience.

The Mr. Rooter representative showed up right on time, looked at the situation and quoted the job. After approving the quote he quickly move to clear out the drain associated with the garbage disposal. Problem was fixed, no fuss in less than an hour.

Martin was responsive, thorough, and competent in replacing our water heater tank with a tankless model. We would use him again for our plumbing needs.

We went shopping for our daughter's birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue. I would strongly recommend SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter for any type of plumbing and rooter service.

Super friendly from young lady answering phone to Sergio and even the tech who arrived. Very nice people. That's a 5 star. I couldn't rate work performed because the tech stood 5 ft back and didn't look what was wrong but said I should call someone else because they are to expensive. Obviously water heaters aren't their thing. So I still don't know what's wrong with it cause he didn't even diagnose the problem. Or even try. This is very confusing to me. 2 minutes in my house. Glanced at it. Said over 3k and plumbing companies don't really do water heaters. I was told to call Lowes. It truly looked like he didn't want to have anything to do with my water heater on this day. Need to find someone that will try to diagnose the problem.

They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.
