Best Install Tankless Water Heater in San Jose CA

We had problems with getting hot water consistently in our rental property. I read many reviews on Yelp and Google, then decided to go with Local Rooter. Duey came by promptly and checked the water heater. He found that the issue was not from the water heater and said that we needed to replace the cartridges from our shower. We got a reasonable quote and agreed to do it. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced 2 broken cartridges. We're so glad we've hired Local Rooter Plumbing.

I called Bueno one morning because our tenant said the hot water heater stopped working. Jimmy was there in a matter of hours. He did a fantastic job diagnosing, getting the new water heater and installing it all in the same day! Also, Jimmy was especially good at explaining the problem & diagnosis, alternatives to fixing the issue, price options, installation timing, etc. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself!

I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

Charley's Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor ... I'd recommend them to others in a heartbeat. Charles and Matt came out to see me twice in the past few weeks ... once to help with a shower plumbing issue and most recently to install a new kitchen sink/faucet/garbage disposal, etc. Charles sent me a very thorough quote so that I'd understand exactly what work he was doing, what was covered under which warranties, etc. He sets clear expectations and follows through on them. AMAZING!!! SPS were HONEST, prompt & efficient. For a water heater repair other Plumbers in the Almaden valley would either say that it's hard to find the parts and it would take 2-3 weeks to get them, one clearly mentioned that he wouldn't bother for a repair, he would only do replacement, some other said said that it would cost $1,500(!) for the repair...outrageous...Basically, they were all pushing towards a new Heater (easy money...) charging between $3,000-$8,000. Thankfully I had also booked an appointment with SPS, Ruben was prompt, professional, he said that he could make the repair, he had the parts handy(!) (contrary to the others who said it would 2-3 weeks to find the parts..what a hideous joke!) and he was upfront to mention that because my Whirlpool heater is old, it would probably need to be replaced in 2-3 years, but the repair is good for now. And they only charged for the cost of a K, Burner Assembly plus labor at Market Hourly rate...my jaw dropped!!! How can it be that other Plumbers are so dishonest and just want to rip you off??? SPS Plumbers I am truly impressed with your professionalism and Honesty!!!

I hired Freedom Sewer to trench some conduit between my garage and main house for some Tesla PowerWall batteries. Freddy, Edith and the team at Freedom Sewer did a fantastic job. Great communication, fair pricing, fast service and kept the job site clean. I'm going to hire them again for another trenching project later this Spring.
