Called Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter & Service to clear out a laundry line and place a wax ring on the toilet. Work was completed thoroughly and the tech was polite, professional, and courteous.

Wow! I would recommend Plumtree for sure. The plumber that arrived was Anthony, he was on time, polite and explained the process quickly and concisely. His repairs were thorough and he made sure I tested everything before he packed up. The contract was seamless and the pricing was fair and affordable. We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

The Christmas Eve Miracle performed by Kevin!!! Our HVAC unit stopped working last night. This morning I call two HVAC contractors that I have used in the past, with no response. Then I did a Google search and found Falcone Plumbing Plumbing, Heating & AC. The reviews were 5 Stars, so I gave them a call. These guys are amazing!!! Kevin came to my home within 45 minutes from my call, determined the problem, was able to find the part, went and picked it up, then installed it. All of this within 3 hours of my call on Christmas Eve. Kevin and Falcone Plumbing Plumbing, Heating & AC are now on my speed dial for all my future HVAC needs. Honestly, they desire 6 Stars. Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

I've been using Moomau for years. They replaced our old pipes with new copper piping back in 2012, installed a gas line to our stove during our kitchen remodel, relocated our washer and dryer connections, and I call them for all of our regular maintenance (clogged drains, leaking toilets, etc.) Quick response, reasonably priced, great customer service. I was duped into installing a clean out at the front of my property years ago by a TrenchFree employee to “solve” the foul odor problem I was detecting. He spun a long yarn about how the smell was emanating from our sewer lateral, which was buried four feet beneath our lawn. I learned later that the smell was coming from Ginko tree berries that had fallen across the street and wafting over with the breeze. Long story short, I was conned into digging up my lawn and needlessly spending a couple thousand dollars. When I contacted TrenchFree about this later, they told me that this issue was between me and the employee and that they had nothing to do with it. I know that small claims court is a joke and I wasn’t gonna retain a lawyer due to the additional cost and headache. When you call an “expert” you expect some expert advice. TrenchFree may have ironed out their business practices since, but that doesn’t put the money I was conned out of back in my pocket.

I had a clog in two restrooms. Great service! Quick response! I like he also gave a lot of good advices to prevent future clog. Would recommend to anyone!
