Called Chandlers Plumbing a week and a half ago for a pilot light issue on our water heater. Was informed that the manufacturer's warranty would cover parts, at no additional cost, and to give them a call. After a week and a half of cold showers, the part came in.

Called Chandlers' again and they sent one of their Plumbers over within 2 hours. After an hour with the job complete, we've got hot water again!

Definetely using them again.

Rooter Hero did an excellent job for us replacing our drainage pipes underneath our house. They were very respectful and professional during the entire job. Carlos was great? He kept me informed of the progress and work that was being done and respected the special needs that we required as a household of senior folks! I will definitely request him if I ever have need to call them for their assistance again. Great big atta boy for him!

Flawless service.

The owner, Genmor provide great service. I asked him to replace garbage disposal and some pipes lead to bath rooms' faucet. While they were fixing plumbings, they found an another big problem, but Genmor offered me a great price for fixing it. They even fixed some of small problems without charging. I am very satisfied with the workers' professional job and their polite manners.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

I'd highly recommend Best Bay Plumbing to anyone.

$179 to come out and do an estimate, but they never mentioned this to me.

The person was friendly and helpful, but they recommended work that was $1600 to $3000 to replace metal sewer line pipes.

Turns out it was the drain vent. I fixed it for $35 plus the $179 estimate for work.

Suggest the business makes it more clear that the estimate charge rate is $179.

I called with an emergency job, the dispatcher promised they would call back that day, they never did. Wound up using someone else.

Romeo has been excellent. There were so many plumbing problems with the unit, and they all got resolved. I am very happy with him and his team!

Giovani and his team, Jovarre, were excellent. My garage sink was overflowing with water and also leaking water on the ground. I could not use the washing machine. San Jose Main and Drain came early to assess the problem. Giovani fixed the problem quickly and told us tips on how to avoid this issue. We were glad he was very reasonable with his price and excellent techniques. We can finally use our washing machine with peace of mind.

One day, we woke up with no hot water and flood in the garage. I called Marlon, as he helped us few months ago with the clogged pipe. I apologized, as it was early in the morning :) - he was quick, responsive, said no need to apologize and requested me to send him photos of my water heater. Water was leaking around the perimeter. He advised to turn off water for the heater until he comes. As soon as he finished his prior appointment - he came to our house, ran diagnostics (as we suspected, water heater broke) and recommended to replace the heater. We chose tankless version (thanks, Marlon, for recommending it); he and his helper Tony came the next day and took care of the installation, re-piping to outside of the house with copper pipes (we chose outside heater placement), testing everything out and - we had our hot water again! Now, with tankless heater, we never run out of hot water with our 3-bath house :) Overall, Marlon has been super-responsive, professional, honest, great in communication and walking us through the pricing and maintenance options for various heater models; he is also an optimistic and pleasant person to talk to :) I would highly recommend him and his service for any plumbing needs you may have.

Could not be more pleased! The tech arrived on the front edge of the 'window', knew everything about my two water heater problems, had the required replacement parts, was patient and pleasant with my questions, a thoroughly delightful experience. I learned a lot about my water heater, and I will surely call him again.

Martin and his guys helped us on replacing all the sewers under floor. That are very professional and did a good job.
