I called at 2:30pm with a 2 hour window between 4-6pm. After 2 techs with one not having the proper tools and the other showing up at 10pm the job was completed at aprox. 11pm. The cost was very high and no type of discount for my wait or inconvenience.

Very honest plumbers. Corey, the owner, was out to my place within and hour of my pipe bursting and did fast good work. Should mention this was a Saturday night at 9pm when I called. On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

Steve is honest, fair, conscientious, and determined to do great work. A couple of years ago, I had an issue with my A/C system and another company recommended I replace my entire system which seemed excessive. I posted a call on Nextdoor for another opinion and several people suggested I call Steve at Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose. He fixed my issue without replacing the system for one-tenth the cost and even came back to be sure everything was running properly. His crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and clear about the work they were doing and what to expect. After years of contacting HVAC companies and holding my breath, I finally found a company for the life of my system.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and despite the fact that they don't service customers on Sunday, Manny at EJ Plumbing (owner) returned my message a few minutes later and told me they could send someone over. Luis was very professional, assessed the problem at hand - the heater was over 11 years old and was on it's last leg. He didn't upsell anything and he gave me a fair price on a new water heater. To be honest I was expecting an upcharge for the Sunday service and the fact that he came over so quickly. Turns out he was coming back from church and he was in the area so it was good timing for everyone. We've done several callbacks for drain cleanings as well and I've been extremely satisfied by their professionalism and fair pricing.

I've been using Moomau for years. They replaced our old pipes with new copper piping back in 2012, installed a gas line to our stove during our kitchen remodel, relocated our washer and dryer connections, and I call them for all of our regular maintenance (clogged drains, leaking toilets, etc.) Quick response, reasonably priced, great customer service.
