Best Clogged Toilet in San Jose CA

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

This is a shady operation and a scam at best. First you call a call center somewhere else in the state. Then they promised me a time between 11:00 and 1:00 the next day. I get a call a 1/2 hour before they are supposed to show up saying they want to reschedule for later in the day. I ask if they are really going to show up or if they are just buying time, she put me on hold and confirmed it would be no later than 1:30. They never showed up so I called them again. They said they had no technicians available but I was next on the list. I asked what that meant and she said, she couldn't tell me. All she could say was that no techs were available and I was next. I pressed her on the issue and she said maybe between 4:00 and 5:00 but she couldn't guarantee anything. I told her this was a scam, completely unprofessional and if their scheduling was anything like their work, they shouldn't be in business. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Outfits like this don't deserve to be in business and are representative of an old and outdated way of doing business. What if I gave them a check and said it might be good in a few days but I couldn't guarantee it. Find a reputable company instead.

Very professional and efficient. They were able to come within a few hours of calling them and were able to get my kitchen drain unclogged right away. They also crawled under my house and inspected all my pipes for me and provided an assessment of the overall state of my plumbing. This was very helpful. Thank you!

We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.

Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

I am so thankful I called Roto-Rooter! Our water heater went out and RR was promptly out the next morning to replace it! The RR technician was an expert in replacing water heaters. He had to remove our old one which leaked and installed the new one. He made sure we would have hot water the same day. He cleaned everything up and did it pretty quickly. He was so efficient and nice and told us all we needed to know about the water heater. I will contact them again for any plumbing needs I have.

We had a leak in our kitchen sink. I called $15 Sewer and Drain Thursday evening and was able to arrange for a plumber to show up the next morning. That was quick. Martin Benitez showed up on time. He was friendly, professional. The fix was difficult but he knew how to handle it. He did a great job. I highly recommend the company and Martin.

Judy was super friendly and great to speak with when I reached out for advice on my issues with existing toilet. Chris assisted me with recommendations on a new toilet while I was on the phone with Judy. They were both very personable.
Appointment scheduled for the next day to replace my toilet as it was 10+ years old and not flushing much anymore. I really liked the 2 hour window they provided for the appointment. Phil and David arrived on time with the new toilet and were very easy to work with. Fair price and stellar work. Highly recommend Miracle Plumbing!

Kory is the best! We had a sewage back up and Kory was able to assist quickly. He was onsite within an hour of us calling. He was able to assess the issue quickly and walked us through what he found and how he planned on making the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. If you need good service these are guys to call!

Jose and team were wonderful.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

Unlike the various ‘Rooter’ companies, Plumbing Tech quoted a reasonable rate for the work that needed to be done. They started the project as soon as they could and finished in two days. The jobs were an re-pipe and a new sewer line to the sidewalk. Adrian is a great communicator and very responsive. I added on a couple of toilets and the installation cost was very friendly. He even came back out and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis unit at no additional cost. Everything is working fine. I highly recommend Plumbing Tech.

I called them to replace my damaged water heater and they showed up with a new water heater in 2 hours. Very professional folks. They did a excellent job. I have used this company services in the past as well and will recommend them for any plumbing issues.Thank you guys, Appreciate your help.

They want to charge $75 for providing a quote.really? Must be so broken. Take them at your own risk.
