I requested a plumber on Thumbtack to fix my broken sprinkler valve pipe since it was causing a leak. Kevin arrived on time between the 8-10am window and gave me the estimate. It was surely on the higher side and much more than we expected but since it was an emergency, we decided to go with Kevin on the repair. Kevin did a good job explaining the issue and answering my questions. Because he was able to complete the work quickly including replacing the affected valve, he offered a small discount which I appreciated. Overall, he did a very good job and gave a limited warranty on the work done.

Rooter Hero Plumbing are one of the most professional that I have come across in quite a while. I am in Real Estate and really look for the best for my clients. Mario, one of their technicians, returned to repair a leak in the garage sink. His professionalism and courteousness to my client was second to none. The client is a senior lady in her 80's without a lot of patience, and Mario impressed even her. The main job was large, replacing sewage line to the center of the street in Saratoga, great work, great price. I highly recommend this company. Answering calls...immediate response!!

The Roto-Rooter professional was on site when promised and was amazing. He explained clearly what he needed to do, which was a messy sewage line clean out for a residential propoerty, and got right to business and was done quickly. He was amazing and I will definitely call again should another issue arise.

I had a majorly clogged kitchen sink drain. I phoned up $15 Sewer & Drain and got a same day appointment! As has been my experience in the past, a professional person arrived, introduced themselves, and solved the issue. Kitchen sink is draining! No more hand washing of dishes one at a time! On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

Had a leak under the toilet. Was quoted a price of 250 over the phone to replace the wax ring but when Tony the plumber from E and J looked at the problem he diagnosed a different issue and fixed it for 150.00 What's not to like??

I've been using Moomau for years. They replaced our old pipes with new copper piping back in 2012, installed a gas line to our stove during our kitchen remodel, relocated our washer and dryer connections, and I call them for all of our regular maintenance (clogged drains, leaking toilets, etc.) Quick response, reasonably priced, great customer service.
