I highly recommend this business. These guys know what they are doing, very professional and responsible. I came from work and had no hot water. I contacted them after 8pm having no doubt they will call back next day so I was surprised when they called back around 9pm and offered to stop by within an hour. They came and I had hot water within half hour. Their fees are very reasonable. I am keeping their number.

Called in the morning to see availability and received an estimate of time arrival from 10-12. The plumber arrived at a little late but managed to take care of everything within minutes and was back out the door as soon as everything checked out fine, and cleaned up after himself too ?!

They are expertly trained and offer a fantastic service. I had a leak in my toilet and they fixed it right away. So much so that I have given them my plumbing business since!

Exorbitant quotes, dont hire. They quoted $900 for valve trim replacement, they charged $150 visit fee just to take a look at the valve. Clearly they didn't want the work but then wanted the $150 anyways.

I want to acknowledge an Aquatek worker by the name of AJ. He was very professional and effective in performing his job. He came out on a weekend emergency basis to help with a outdoor drain problem. He came to our door to let us know that he was here to assess our drain problem. He listened to my description of the problem. He met me at the drain so I could show him the issue. He agreed that it was a sump pump float problem. Finally, he said he would submit a report to my HOA which would include a recommendation for a new float. I really appreciated that he didn't just assume that this was a routine drain clearing like his predecessors had done earlier in the week.
