Best ability is availability and they’re always available we manage multiple bars and always need service late night without someone trying to charge us an arm and a leg so we’re grateful for their consistency (4years)

What a positive experience I just had with Isaac and James&James plumbing. They were incredibly fast to arrive on-site, day-of, despite me calling at 10am on a Saturday.

When Isaac arrived he quickly investigated the gas line issue and walked me through his entire process. An hour later, everything was right as rain.

After a week of cold showers and no stovetop cooking, I couldn’t be happier. I went through 2 other technician visits prior who had no clue what to do, and I was not expecting such an immediate solution. Isaac knows his s***.

Please do yourself a favor and call for any of their services. I’ll have them starred on my phone in case I ever need any plumbing,gas,etc help again.

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

We called today 05/13 about 4pm and person on the phone said technician will come about 60 to 90 mnts. But not even 20 mnts. Of waiting technician arrived. So far our sink is good now! Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and others as well....

Our old water heater finally bit the dust. Luckily, Carlos and his partner were available and they picked up a new heater and installed it the same day. Good job, guys.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Major sink issues with the rain and not only did he fix it, he was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was super responsive and took the time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was, etc. I learned a lot about what's what in my house from him! He also was very conscientious to not track dirt in and clean up afterwards. I was not expecting such amazing service by just finding someone online quickly for an emergency. Will call Economy plumbing for all my needs!
