This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

This is the second time I’ve used discount plumbing and I willContinue to use them due to there customer service and responsive time. I called Early this morning around 9 am about bathroom backing up due to my son throwing a toy down the toilet. LB arrived at 11 am sharpe and was super informative on the issue he walked me through the process of removing my toilet and and diagnosing without replacing my toilet. He was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes and also offered me a full house inspection at no cost. When we walked around the house we notice that my hose bib was leaking and I was surprised that he was able to fix it and that I didn’t have to schedule another appointment. My wife and I notice a change in the water bill over the months but with LBs professionalism he was able to help us out. Thanks again for discount plumbing. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
