I had a broken water heater hose and could not shut the water off. I was able to patch the hose to a moderate leak but needed help really fast. The response time was RIDICULOUS!!! They arrived in under 30mins AFTER 9PM!! I was VERY impressed with the service and the service tech, Mike, was awesome. Upon arrival he IMMEDIATELY got to work and shut off the water BEFORE the formalities. 24/7 & Plumbing is now my go-to!

I have used Ace Plumbing many times for my apartment building in Daly City and I find them very responsive, they give you a window of an hour and are always on time. They do a great job and Derrick came out last time and I find him very honest. They will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Conner and Simon came out to fix my leaking faucet and they did a great job in no time. Discount Plumbing was quick to come to my rescue when I needed them and appreciated their quick response. I have used them in the past and every time they did a fantastic job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who’s got plumbing issues.
