Works Plumbing came out within two hours to service my shower drain. Travis was the technician, and is a very professional and hard worker. We had a great conversation upon the job being completed.

The office staff stands by their word and is helpful and fair.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

My water heater broke Friday night and I was kind of in a panic. After calling so many companies, I was able to get connected with Isaac. I explained the situation and he insured me that he would swing by my house to look at the water heater to make sure everything was safe for me until I can get a new one. Isaac was very nice and explained what needed to be done. I really appreciated his help so much on such short notice.
If I can give more than five stars, I would!!

I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, which goes a long way with me

My toilet line was clogged and backing up on the bathroom floor. Rommel of 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing cleared the lateral pipe line to the main sewer line and clean up . Rommel did a Great job again. I would use them again!

I had an outstanding experience with the whole staff of Magic Plumbing. I needed 3 toilets looked at as the flush mechanisms were getting stuck and making the toilets run forever. They were able to schedule me quickly for an evaluation and provided an estimate within an hour with detailed explanation of the parts required (photos included of my toilet and replacement parts), labor and all. The parts took a bit to get in stock but they sent me regular texts, phone calls to let me know when they could come back to do the work. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to update me, making me feel like my small job hadn't been forgotten. Alberto came back, texting me ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would get there, got the job done quickly and professionally. From the office scheduler to the manager and ultimately Alberto, the staff of Magic plumbing know the meaning of customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I wanted to take a moment to share my great experience for the exceptional service that I received from these guys. My husband and I had a bit of an emergency situation last Thursday when we discovered that our water heater was leaking and we were unable to locate the source of the problem.

After making multiple phone calls to local plumbers, we were feeling quite discouraged. However, we stumbled upon this company's website and were immediately impressed by the glowing reviews from other satisfied customers. When we called, we were asked to provide some photos and were given a quote right away - a refreshing change from the other plumbers we had contacted who were unable or unwilling to provide an estimate.

The next day, Paul and his team arrived promptly at 10:30 am and quickly got to work. They finished everything at 11:30am!!!
I was impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond by checking out the garage located under my unit.

Not only was the work completed within an hour, but there were no surprises or hidden costs-exactly what we had been hoping for. It has now been two days since the repair was completed, and our water heater is working perfectly.

I got the referral from my neighbor. My water heater was leaking in the garage. It was a mess!
I called Advanced Plumbing and spoke with Nick. He was very empathetic to my issue and said he’d send someone right over.
Alex arrived with the new water heater. Shut off valve no longer worked. Installation done and clean up. The whole process was about four hours.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
