Best Plumbing System Maintenance in San Francisco CA

I had a leek under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbers and no one could come out today. Thanks, you guys came through. We are so happy and we know who to call from now one.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

These guys were great. I would highly recommend. They were very friendly and responsive, came and fixed my sink and shower. I will definitely use them again.

This was terrible experience. Will not use again. I do not recommend. The technician came timely which is why the one star.

But he went to wrong house; then he gave me a random estimate to unclog drain with 1 second visual look at an empty tub with no explanation of what he was doing; then he came out to collect the fee saying there was no hair balls but the tenant had given him a diverter to replace (saying it had been broken before) and he replaced it which make the tub drain normal.

When I went into the bathroom to inspect, the pipe was full open and exposed with the new unfitting diverter too long for the fixtures. All he repeatedly said was that's not my fault; the diverter thing is not my job that he is a drain guy. I will now have to call a real plumber to fix this.

We have used George Salet many times in our building, they are the best around!

I've had 3 different emergencies, clog, another clog, and a leaking compression valve, Ace Plumbing has sent 3 solid guys out to do clean out and fix my old valve, would definitely use again. They are on-call on the weekend, I was happy to get a quick response on a Sunday!! Thanks Bobby!

Flow Master’s Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area. I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

This review has been a long time coming. We’ve had multiple plumbing emergencies at our properties over the years and Garry and the hydro flow team have been life savers on many occasions. Most recently we had them out to clear drains during the floods and help avoid a complete disaster. Over the last few years they have replaced water heaters, re-piped water, gas and sewer lines during seismic upgrades. Always going the extra mile. Excellent plumber, very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Glad to be able to call on them for my plumbing needs.
