This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

It was great to work with Isaac. He helped me fix my bathroom shower as it was not providing hot water. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and fast. I would work with Isaac again and refer him to others. Thanks Isaac!

Marcos Merino was such a great help during the plumbing inspection. He was very informative about everything he was checking, issues and repairs. He was very easy to work with and quickly gave me several estimates for my problems. We have worked with Magic Plumbing before and look forward to working with them for any future problems.

We had an issue with an old boiler made by HTP. They came diagnosed and repaired a problem that a couple of other companies couldn’t solve. They were professional and easy to deal with.

Graham did an awesome job! He replaced all 3 of our toilets with brand new ones that are much better quality than what we had and was done in about two hours! I would highly recommend Genteel Plumbers for any plumbing job.

Smelly Mel's is a great company. I hired them to replace my entire sewer line several years ago, and I hired them again to replace the sewer line at my kid's preschool. These jobs were seriously tough jobs. Both sewer lines were old, nasty, damaged, and required digging them out completely. They cut through asphalt, even digging through concrete and rock. Then they replaced and installed the sewer line with total expertise.

Because of their hard work, our sewage systems will survive many more decades. Some cities like San Mateo have a rebate program that will refund up to $5000 of the job, and Smelly Mel's has always come in with the best pricing. If you have sewer problems, go with Smelly Mel's. Total pros.

Marko and Mario have completed two separate plumbing jobs for us and we couldn’t be more pleased in doing business with them! They were recommended to us by Warm Solutions when we needed a plumber to install a gas line to our existing fireplace for a gas log insert. They did a perfect job… working in our finished basement and the gas line is hardly noticeable. We received other bids from plumbers, but Marco Polo plumbing was the best value and they offered (unlike the other plumbers) to repair areas of the Sheetrock where they needed to cut to complete the job. They did it perfectly!
The other job they completed was installing a new water heater. We did a lot of research trying to find the best water heater… it was the exactly what Marko had recommended. He provided two clear options for ‘on demand’ or a traditional water heater.
He’s obviously a perfectionist and recommends doing everything the right way…
We will be using him again to install a gas line to our outdoor fire pit… and for ALL of our plumbing needs.

Thanks to Chosen Rooter I can use my bathroom again! Their prices are great, they came out the same day and there was no extra charge for this rush service which we desperately needed because we only have one bathroom in our house. I will be calling them again for all my emergency plumbing needs.

One Source Plumbing & Rooter completed a very complex plumbing job for me in San Francisco. I met One Source at a critical time when my rental property need the main sewer line replaced. At the time, and the sewer had a mysterious foul order coming from an unknown source and it was not because of a backup.
One Source diagnosed and proposed a solution to the plumbing issues. They replaced the main sewer line and all adjacent old clay pipes which required requesting San Francisco City permits on short notice. This was a very complex job with many moving parts and One Source Plumbing managed the complexities of the plumbing job flawlessly.
Mosfa's communication skills are outstanding and he remains calm under pressure and offers timely solutions. For example, he sends daily updates with pictures so you are well informed on the progress of the job.
I would recommend One Source Plumbing without any hesitation whatsoever for small to very complex plumbing jobs.

These guys are great, they replaced a water heater about a year ago. Gave me an estimate based on a photo I sent them and stuck to it. 2 flights up and a tight space...they were very efficient. I called them back last week because of a slow draining tub. They came that same day and fixed it within an hour. They are clean and courteous.

Marco is my goto expert for all plumbing projects. He is honest, efficient and has excellent problem solving skills.

Jason (owner) is a great person to work with. I called about 10 plumbing company’s on a Saturday and he was the first to call me back. He came over and helped me out right away. Jason is a true knowledgeable professional to work with. I had a complicated issue at my house and he was dedicated to seeing me through the end and making sure I always understood what was going with the plumbing. As a contractor myself I could not recommend him more to work with. His right hand man Frank has good plumbing jokes too!
