Prompt, efficient, friendly, Marco did an outstanding job installing a gas line to our fireplace. From our initial call for a quote to job completion Marco was great! Highly recommend!

Marco the plumber did a wonderful job for us recently. We broke a faucet in our shower over a weekend. He responded right away. Dealing with the problem was not easy and he had to go to 5 different shops for the part needing replacement. Marco was very informative about pricing and his availability, as well as his arrival time. I would not hesitate to recommend Marco Polo for plumbing needs.

We had other plumbing companies assess our situation (leaking bathtub and shower pipes). These other companies sent junior level employees to our home. They were good people and meant well, but they weren't that experienced. This showed in their recommendations and assessments. The companies provided a game plan that did not address the issue directly, ironically caused more work than was necessary, and resulted in a 30% higher budget.

Marco Polo sends in its founder and owner. He knows plumbing inside and out. He correctly assessed the situation, saw nuances and issues the other companies glossed over, and mapped out a plan that solved the issues in the most direct and cost efficient way.

They also expanded their viewpoint to search for other causes of leaks and issues ... even climbing on the roof to inspect whether a vent up there was leading to some mysterious leaking (it was).

And they are humans. You can tell that the Marco Polo team cares. They are personable, down to earth, friendly and nice people - we had coffee with them and shared family stories and loved having them visit with us in our home.

Our piping is now set for many, many years to come, and we have Marco Polo Plumbing to thank. Call them!

Great experience!!! I called the night before and they were able the next morning. Fixed our toilet in under 10 minutes and for cheaper than other places we asked for quotes from. My new go to plumber if I ever need them again!

Marco and his team did amazing work on a difficult job with lots of coordination. He helped with providing temporary plumbing and replacing with final piping. Also installed hot water heaters with new drains. He always looks for the most common sense solution. I appreciate him and the quality of his work.

I'm very impressed with this company! Marco and Mario came here yesterday, a Sunday, when I had a clogged drain pipe. It turned out to be something highly unusual, something Marco said he hadn't seen in his 20 years in business. They skillfully and methodically figured out exactly what the problem was among quite a few possibilities. And they kept at it for more than 2 hours until they fixed the situation. Marko and Mario have completed two separate plumbing jobs for us and we couldn’t be more pleased in doing business with them! They were recommended to us by Warm Solutions when we needed a plumber to install a gas line to our existing fireplace for a gas log insert. They did a perfect job… working in our finished basement and the gas line is hardly noticeable. We received other bids from plumbers, but Marco Polo plumbing was the best value and they offered (unlike the other plumbers) to repair areas of the Sheetrock where they needed to cut to complete the job. They did it perfectly!
The other job they completed was installing a new water heater. We did a lot of research trying to find the best water heater… it was the exactly what Marko had recommended. He provided two clear options for ‘on demand’ or a traditional water heater.
He’s obviously a perfectionist and recommends doing everything the right way…
We will be using him again to install a gas line to our outdoor fire pit… and for ALL of our plumbing needs.

A while back our water heater broke and needed replaced. Our friend had recommended us to the Marco Polo Plumbing. Due to our limited space, the right size and heigth of the water heater is very hard to find. Marko, who went out of his way to look for the right water heater, ordered and had it installed the following day(during the cold winter Month). The workmanship was amazing and more importantly the price was very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend Marco Polo Plumbing to anyone.

Our water heater spring a leak, so I went searching for a good trustworthy plumber and found Marco (short for Markopulos, he's Greek). He replaced the water heater and also our pressure regulator (too high of pressure which likely led to the premature failure of the old water heater). He's easy to work with, communicates well despite English not being his first language, and all of his work appears to be high quality.

Excellent! Marko is responsive, professional and on-time. He came out on a Sunday (within half hour of call) to assess the situation, hauled away the broken water heater and returned early next morning to complete the new unit install within 2 hours! He is respectful of my time and my property with practical recommendations for what I needed. I am so glad to have someone to rely on in our neighborhood.

Marko is great to work with and he and his crew do quality work. He replaced two of our water heaters with tankless ones and also put in new drains in our basement. I’ve hired Marco a few times now - to move a gas line outside a fireplace, replace a sink and emergency plumbing due to a clog in the line. Each time he responded quickly, quoted fairly, arrived promptly and did the job perfectly. After having a prompt quote from Marco Polo Plumbing the work to change the existing gas pipe, on a laundry room, was set up for the following Saturday. Marco show up on time did all the necessary upgrades, and installed all the required valves, and ultimately did the necessary leak test. When my tenants moved out last year, the place was a frightening mess. I hired Marco to redo the bathroom but after seeing what a lovely job he had done I let him finish the rest of the apartment. He made the whole place look great and he did it in a timely fashion and I felt he charged me very fairly. My water heater broke the day before my daughter's birthday party, causing a bit of panic. I was referred to Marco by one of my wife's colleagues. I called at 11:30 am, Marco was at my house my 12:30pm to inspect it, and I had a new water heater installed and working by 3:00pm. Marco gave me an estimate over the phone and the final charge was 10% less than the estimate. Very nice, very professional - I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues!

I had a pin hole leak in the cold water supply. I called marco polo plumbing and they promptly responded within the hour. He sweat soldered new copper piping and effectively solved the leakage problem. Overall I was pleased with the prompt response and the efficient and competent service.
