Tech was prompt and did a good job. However, my tenant was not happy with the mess he left. A little more attention to cleaning up after the work is done is expected of a professional.

I was able to get an emergency plumber out here within two hours. They were quick, professional, and helpful!

Kyle is awesome and very patient and did a good job.The only thing is that he opened the wall behind the toilet only to find out the shower water connection is enclosed with a metal and inaccessible..That left me to fix the wall myself and do some patching,painting.He could’ve been perfect .I gave him 8/10 where 10 is perfect.

Flow Master’s Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area. Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
