Tony was awesome! He took extra time to clear out not just the clog, but really cleaned out the pipes. He ran water for a while to make sure it was running quickly. (Another drain company had been here, but couldn't clear the pipes, and just made the situation much worse. ) When Tony got here, the sink was full of sludge, which he bailed out. After he cleared the pipe he even cleaned out my sink! That's service for you! Thanks so much Tony! A+++

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I highly recommend his company.

Plummer had trouble with his rotor rooter machine that could not be fixed on the job. He right away call his shop and had another machine brought out. Clear my drain. Shot a camera down the main drain. Show me what was causing the problem. All this for $58.00. Thank You Juan Bernal Grate Job! I would call them again and recomend you ask for Juan if you need a plumber.

Prompt service and very profession service from both office and electricians. Called and texted to let me know how long it would be until they arrived. Text message from technician included his photo and addition information just in case I had questions. During the entire they worked, I was kept up to date and the progress of fixing the problem. Very honest and great people.In the future, we will be using them to upgrade electrical system.

They were kind to us on the phone, answered all our questions, and adjusted their schedule to help us get hot water a few days early when our tankless hot water heater needed replaced. I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out.When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty.Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work.Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges ??.

Miguel did a fantastic job, replacing 6 foot section of cast iron pipe (which had a crack in it). He was very professional and calmly did his work even though my irate aggressive neighbor was making inappropriate comments to him.

Appointment person wouldn’t listen to Clients availability and instead hang-up on me while trying to explain tine restrictions of my Tenants.After explaining twice about time constraints, this Appointment person insisted that their contract with the Home Warranty Company is such and would not listen to my Tenants availability and work around their schedule.Poor Service provider from setting up appointment, how much more when it comes to the actual work.I feel sorry for the owner of this business.
