Corey was so professional and courteous & real gem. Unfortunately, he was unable to remedy the problem so the next day( so much for same day service) we got Franco...another story indeed. He called me when he was finished to rudely up sell me on some high priced remedies ( I know they are overpriced because I had jetting done before for 1/3 of the price he quoted) then he left the bathroom a mess telling my tenants that he told me what to do and I would take care of it. Then my tenants called to tell me he walked out the door and said I'm leaving and they asked is the bathroom usable?, he said not until it's cleaned and then only until it clogs again. When I called the company they said regulations prohibit their techs to clean raw sewage. When I arrived to access the situation, there was no more than a cup full of substance, equivalent to a baby's dirty diaper (raw sewage, right?) so with a few paper towels and some bleach...all is fine. No thanks to My Plumber. Since when do Plumbers NOT deal with this? Is that NOT the job description? Not MY Plumber anymore!!

He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. That is what Eric & his team had to deal with for me.. and they did it with an abundance of patience and professionalism. Scheduled an estimate to come out to my house between 10am to noon. Made sure I stayed at home in anticipation of said appointment, but unfortunately no one came and no courtesy call was provided to let me know that no one would be coming. Disappointing to say the least...

Their electrician came to find our water leak problem from our upstairs bathroom he opened up our family room ceiling to find an elbow with a pinhole leaking, not good. He was quick and efficient stopped the leak and replaced the pipe. Not what you want to deal with but our damage was kept at a minimum. Thank you so much!

Anthony D. was the service technician that came to check on our furnace today. He was professional, friendly and prompt. The time window was from 10-12, and he arrived just after 10 and was finished by 11. He also called to give me a heads-up fifteen minutes before his arrival. He did not try to sell me parts or services we didn't need, and was great at explaining the HVAC system workings in simple language so I could understand. I could not be happier with the service we received from Bill Howe. We had an issue with our kitchen sink on Mother’s Day, they arrived within two hours, they fixed the problem right away and the serviceman was so incredibly nice. The price was fair, and I will for sure be calling them anytime I have an issue. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful business in this community!

Our hot water heater sprung a leak and we had water flowing inside our house. After contacting 7 different plumbing companies that couldn’t get to us for 4 days, Express Plumbing promised to be here in the morning. Their phone representative was incredibly sympathetic and helpful, instructing us how to turn off the water and empty the tank. She then rearranged their schedule to accommodate us first thing in the morning. Ben arrived on time, was extremely polite and explained our situation to us, showing us where the problem was. We needed a whole new hot water heater and the pipes needed retrofitting to meet today’s code. Ben asked to please allow him to service his other waiting customers before returning, which we understood, and he returned later in the day with the new tank. He was extremely efficient and confident and explained everything when we asked. He also continuously cleaned as he worked. I can’t say recommend this company or Ben highly enough for their responsiveness, support, fair pricing and overall professionalism.
